Osredoto\u010dili so se zlasti na plodove <strong>rakitovca<\/strong>. Rezultati so pokazali, da je sadje ohranilo&nbsp;<strong>93 odstotkov ve\u010d karotenoidov, 34 odstotkov ve\u010d vitamina C in 11 odstotkov ve\u010d fenolnih snovi (kot so antioksidanti)<\/strong>&nbsp;pri su\u0161enju z zamrzovanjem v primerjavi z s su\u0161enjem na zraku. Pri liofilizaciji sicer pride do izgube nekaterih vitaminov, vendar to ni nenavadno ali nenaravno. Podobno <strong>tudi dlje \u010dasa skladi\u0161\u010deno sadje izgublja mikrohranila.<\/strong>&nbsp;Glede dele\u017ea teh snovi torej ni razloga za skrb.&nbsp;[1]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendar vitamini niso edine koristne snovi v sadju, saj ne smemo pozabiti na <strong>fenolne spojine,<\/strong> ki so ene najpomembnej\u0161ih bioaktivnih snovi. In tu imamo za vas dobro novico. \u0160tudije so pokazale, da se njihov dele\u017e lahko celo <strong>pove\u010da<\/strong> z liofilizacijo. In ne gre le za sadje. Z liofiliziranim sadjem je treba ravnati nekoliko bolj previdno in ga ne jesti toliko kot sve\u017eega. \u010ce pa liofilizirano sadje vlo\u017eite v vodo, jogurt ali drugo teko\u010dino, <strong>pove\u010da svoj volumen<\/strong> in je veliko bolj nasitno. Vendar izgubi svojo hrustljavost.
