Abych si mohla obl\u00e9knout tento kousek, musela bych zhubnout alespo\u0148 10 kilo, jinak budu vypadat hrozn\u011b\u2026\u201c <\/em>Vyslovili jste u\u017e n\u011bkdy podobnou v\u011btu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nespokojenost se sv\u00fdm vzhledem je toti\u017e dnes <strong>docela b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 v\u011bc. <\/strong>Spojuje se s n\u00edzkou sebehodnotou, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee <strong>tr\u00e1pit nejen \u017eeny, ale tak\u00e9 mu\u017ee. <\/strong>Nej\u010dast\u011bji se s n\u00ed potk\u00e1me v teenagersk\u00e9m v\u011bku, ale nen\u00ed v\u00fdjimkou ani v dosp\u011blosti. Hlavn\u011b, kdy\u017e si nap\u0159\u00edklad otev\u0159eme Instagram a za\u010dneme se srovn\u00e1vat s navenek \u201edokonal\u00fdmi\u201c fotkami ostatn\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Velice snadno se tak dok\u00e1\u017eeme dostat do bodu, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee nejsme dost dob\u0159\u00ed \u010di hezc\u00ed. \u017dena s rovn\u00fdmi vlasy sn\u00ed o kade\u0159av\u00fdch, zat\u00edmco kudrnat\u00e1 p\u0159i jejich \u010des\u00e1n\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd den mysl\u00ed na to, jak\u00e9 by to bylo, kdyby jej\u00ed vlasy byly rovn\u00e9. P\u0159itom ob\u011b zapom\u00ednaj\u00ed, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 z nich je jedine\u010dn\u00e1 a vlasy dopl\u0148uj\u00ed jejich v\u00fdjime\u010dnou osobnost. Pocit nespokojenosti se sv\u00fdm vzhledem se m\u016f\u017ee je\u0161t\u011b zintenzivnit s p\u0159\u00edchodem l\u00e9ta, kdy kv\u016fli horku mus\u00edme odhalit v\u00edc a nosit m\u00e9n\u011b oble\u010den\u00ed. Pro mnoh\u00e9 jde o ide\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010das, kdy za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me \u0159e\u0161it sv\u00e9 postavy a celkov\u00fd vzhled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A p\u0159itom si v\u016fbec neuv\u011bdomujeme nap\u0159\u00edklad to, co <strong>by ostatn\u00ed dali za n\u00e1\u0161 zadek, nos, b\u0159icho, o\u010di nebo \u00fasm\u011bv. <\/strong>Zat\u00edmco my se zase zab\u00fdv\u00e1me t\u00edm, jak super by bylo, kdybychom vypadali alespo\u0148 z poloviny tak \u201edob\u0159e\u201c, jako na\u0161i obl\u00edben\u00ed herci, zp\u011bv\u00e1ci, sportovci a jin\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00e9 osobnosti. Ale opravdu je tohle v \u017eivot\u011b nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed? Tady si klidn\u011b dejte pauzu a skute\u010dn\u011b se zamyslete nad odpov\u011bd\u00ed na mou ot\u00e1zku. Tzv. negativn\u00ed self-talk je vlastn\u011b jak\u00fdkoliv monolog, kter\u00fd vedete ve sv\u00e9m nitru a <strong>dok\u00e1\u017ee omezit va\u0161i schopnost vn\u00edmat sv\u016fj vzhled nebo v\u011b\u0159it v sebe sama. <\/strong>Ka\u017ed\u00e1 takov\u00e1 my\u0161lenka m\u016f\u017ee sni\u017eovat va\u0161i schopnost ud\u011blat ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b pozitivn\u011b zm\u011bny \u010di dos\u00e1hnout konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho c\u00edle. M\u016f\u017ee zn\u00edt jako <strong>extr\u00e9mn\u011b kritick\u00fd rodi\u010d, zasedl\u00e1 u\u010ditelka nebo toxick\u00fd kamar\u00e1d. <\/strong>Ka\u017ed\u00fd z t\u011bchto lid\u00ed by se v\u00e1s sna\u017eil p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit, \u017ee nevypad\u00e1te dost dob\u0159e nebo nejste dost dob\u0159\u00ed na tohle a tamto. Tot\u00e9\u017e s sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed i negativn\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed hlas. Je <strong>p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pesimistick\u00fd, kritick\u00fd, negativn\u00ed a nahlod\u00e1v\u00e1 va\u0161i sebed\u016fv\u011bru, <\/strong>a\u0165 u\u017e jde o fyzick\u00fd vzhled nebo jakoukoliv schopnost. D\u00edky tomu se zlep\u0161\u00ed i jin\u00e9 aspekty na\u0161eho \u017eivota jako vztahy, pr\u00e1ce \u010di soci\u00e1ln\u00ed interakce s jin\u00fdmi lidmi.<\/li><li><strong>Lep\u0161\u00ed psychick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed:<\/strong> negativn\u00ed pohled na sv\u016fj vzhled m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt na sv\u011bdom\u00ed tak\u00e9 rozvoj n\u011bkter\u00fdch psychick\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f jako \u00fazkost \u010di deprese. Kdy\u017e se ve vlastn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei c\u00edt\u00edme sebev\u011bdom\u011b a pohodln\u011b, nem\u00e1me d\u016fvod stranit se od ostatn\u00edch.
