We used protein pasta to go with it, which increased the proportion of protein even more. Next, you need to prepare&nbsp;<strong>the peas.&nbsp;<\/strong>If you have frozen or fresh ones, cook them until soft. If you have canned ones, just drain the water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Then start preparing the sauce. Saut\u00e9 <strong>garlic<\/strong> and<strong> cubed <\/strong><a aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-tofu-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>tofu<\/strong><\/a> in <a aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>oil<\/strong><\/a> and add <strong>soy milk. Put this mixture in a blender<\/strong> and blend it until you get a thicker sauce.
