V dana\u0161njem \u010dlanku vam bomo povedali ve\u010d o tem, kaj pomeni in kako se proti njemu boriti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kaj_je_FOMO\"><\/span>Kaj je FOMO?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FOMO<\/strong> je angle\u0161ka kratica, ki pomeni strah pred zamujanjem (<em>Fear Of Missing Out<\/em>). Obi\u010dajno je lahko videti kot na primer skrb, da se ne boste pravo\u010dasno odzvali na novo objavo in boste zaradi tega nekaj zamudili ali da ne boste odgovorili na prijateljevo sporo\u010dilo tako hitro, kot pri\u010dakuje. <strong>Telefon pogosto vzamete v roke samo zato, da preverite, ali imate kak\u0161no obvestilo<\/strong>, ali da na hitro pregledate svoj feed ali &#8220;storije&#8221; in se prepri\u010date, da se v resnici ne dogaja ni\u010d zanimivega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendar se lahko <strong>FOMO ka\u017ee tudi v \u0161tevilnih drugih situacijah<\/strong>. Njihov glavni cilj je <strong>napad na dopamin, hormon v mo\u017eganih, ki je povezan s sistemom nagrajevanja<\/strong>. Ko vas nekdo povabi na dogodek ali vam je v\u0161e\u010d va\u0161a fotografija, se center za dopamin odzove in za\u010dutite dolo\u010deno stopnjo zadovoljstva. Vendar je ta ob\u010dutek precej zasvojljiv, zato mo\u017egani po\u0161iljajo kompulzivne te\u017enje po opravljanju drugih dejavnosti, ki vam bodo prinesle podobno zadovoljstvo. To \u0161e ne pomeni, da vas FOMO ne more prizadeti. \u010ceprav se ta te\u017eava danes obi\u010dajno povezuje s spletnim svetom, to ni pogoj.<strong> Ob\u010dutek, da nekaj zamujate, lahko do\u017eivite tudi brez povezave.<\/strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">&nbsp;[7]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FOMO v svetu brez povezave:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Na zabavo greste samo zato, da je ne zamudite.<\/li><li>Imate slab ob\u010dutek, ko sodelavci v slu\u017ebi govorijo o dogodku, ki se ga niste udele\u017eili.<\/li><li>Ne razumete notranjih \u0161al dolo\u010dene skupine ljudi.<\/li><li>Se bojite, da bi v trgovini zamudili ugodno ponudbo.<\/li><li>Niste bili povabljeni na dogodek.<\/li><li>Niste bili izbrani v ekipo.<\/li><li>Se spravite k investiranju samo zato, ker to po\u010dnejo vsi drugi.<\/li><li>Gledate oddaje samo zato, da bi sledili pogovorom med ljudmi.<\/li><li>Kupujete dolo\u010dene vrste obla\u010dil, ker jih imajo vsi drugi.<\/li><li>Posku\u0161ate po\u010deti zanimive stvari, da bi bili v koraku z drugimi.<\/li><li>Ne morete se sprostiti zaradi strahu, da bi kaj zamudili.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kot lahko vidite, FOMO pre\u017ei na vsakem koraku, tudi v svetu brez povezave. Ljudje imamo na <strong>splo\u0161no potrebo po tem, da smo del dru\u017ebe<\/strong>. Ta \u017eelja je opisana kot tako imenovana dru\u017ebena lakota. In ko imamo ob\u010dutek, da smo pri ne\u010dem izpu\u0161\u010deni, se lahko zaradi tega po\u010dutimo neprijetno. Kako intenzivni so ti ob\u010dutki, je pri vsakem razli\u010dno. Vendar pa raziskave ka\u017eejo, da <strong>mladi, ki uporabljajo dru\u017ebena omre\u017eja, v ve\u010dji meri trpijo zaradi te te\u017eave<\/strong>. Hkrati so bolj ogro\u017eeni ekstrovertirani ljudje, ki imajo potrebo po tem, da svoje \u017eivljenje bolj delijo, hkrati pa i\u0161\u010dejo ve\u010d dru\u017eabnih stikov.
