No jo, ale co d\u011blat, kdy\u017e dostaneme chu\u0165 na \u010derstv\u011b utr\u017een\u00e9 jahody nebo maliny, ale nen\u00ed zrovna sez\u00f3na? M\u016f\u017eeme si sice koupit v supermarketu ovoce z dovozu, ale asi se shodneme na tom, \u017ee n\u00e1s to zdaleka tak neuspokoj\u00ed. Nen\u00ed to prost\u011b ono. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b se zam\u011b\u0159ili na plody <strong>rakytn\u00edku.<\/strong> V\u00fdsledky uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee p\u0159i su\u0161en\u00ed mrazem si ovoce <strong>zachovalo o 93 % v\u00edce karotenoid\u016f, o 34 % v\u00edce vitam\u00ednu C a o 11 % v\u00edce fenolick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (mezi n\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad antioxidanty)<\/strong> ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se su\u0161en\u00edm vzduchem. K n\u011bjak\u00e9 ztr\u00e1t\u011b vitam\u00edn\u016f lyofilizac\u00ed sice doch\u00e1z\u00ed, nejedn\u00e1 se ov\u0161em o nic neobvykl\u00e9ho a nep\u0159irozen\u00e9ho. Podobn\u011b <strong>ztr\u00e1c\u00ed sv\u00e9 mikronutrienty t\u0159eba i ovoce, kter\u00e9 je d\u00e9le skladov\u00e1no.<\/strong> Nen\u00ed tedy pot\u0159eba m\u00edt o pod\u00edl t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek obavy. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1]<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitam\u00edny ov\u0161em nejsou jedin\u00e9 prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 l\u00e1tky v ovoci, zapom\u00ednat nesm\u00edme t\u0159eba tak\u00e9 na <strong>fenolov\u00e9 slou\u010deniny,<\/strong> co\u017e jsou jedny z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch bioaktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek. A tady pro v\u00e1s m\u00e1me dobr\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy. Studie uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee se m\u016f\u017ee jejich pod\u00edl lyofilizac\u00ed <strong>dokonce zv\u00fd\u0161it.<\/strong> A neplat\u00ed to zdaleka jen pro ovoce.
