Z\u00e1klad tvo\u0159\u00ed <strong>cizrna, brambory a hromada zeleniny. <\/strong>O mikro\u017eiviny a vl\u00e1kninu tak rozhodn\u011b nebude nouze. Skv\u011bl\u00e1 p\u0159irozen\u00e1 chu\u0165 t\u011bchto surovin si v\u00e1s z\u00edsk\u00e1 po prvn\u00edch ochutn\u00e1n\u00ed. Gul\u00e1\u0161 nav\u00edc skv\u011ble proh\u0159eje a zasyt\u00ed.
