Typicky jde nap\u0159\u00edklad o obavy, \u017ee nezareagujete v\u010das na nov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek a o n\u011bco p\u0159ijdete nebo neodpov\u00edte p\u0159\u00e1tel\u016fm na zpr\u00e1vu tak rychle, jak od v\u00e1s o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed. \u010casto tak berete do ruky telefon, jen abyste<strong> mrkli, \u017ee nem\u00e1te \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 notifikace, nebo projeli feed \u010di stories<\/strong> a ujistili se, \u017ee se opravdu ned\u011bje nic zaj\u00edmav\u00e9ho.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Podobn\u011b se <strong>FOMO m\u016f\u017ee objevovat i v jin\u00fdch situac\u00edch. <\/strong>\u010casto jde o r\u016fzn\u00e9 trendy v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ichni okolo v\u00e1s, a vy najednou z\u00edsk\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee si je mus\u00edte taky po\u0159\u00eddit. A to ani nemus\u00edte b\u00fdt p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni o tom, \u017ee pro v\u00e1s budou vhodn\u00e9. Podobn\u011b je to i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee lid\u00e9 kolem v\u00e1s <strong>za\u010dnou investovat a mluvit o tom. <\/strong>M\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt pak nutkavou pot\u0159ebu pustit se do toho taky, aby v\u00e1m n\u00e1hodou n\u011bco neuteklo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ono se vlastn\u011b nejedn\u00e1 o nic p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9ho. \u010clov\u011bk m\u00e1 pot\u0159ebu b\u00fdt sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, ot\u00e1zkou ov\u0161em z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1, kde je ta hranice mezi t\u00edm, co je je\u0161t\u011b v po\u0159\u00e1dku a kdy u\u017e to p\u0159esahuje \u00fanosnou mez. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejde p\u0159esn\u011b stanovit, kdy je pot\u0159eba d\u011blat ur\u010dit\u00e9 v\u011bci norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, a kdy u\u017e jde naopak o nekontrolovateln\u00e9 FOMO. Tuhle hranici m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk individu\u00e1ln\u00ed a stanovuje si ji s\u00e1m. Typicky ho ale fenom\u00e9n<strong> FOMO za\u010dne zaj\u00edmat ve chv\u00edli, kdy s\u00e1m poc\u00edt\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00fd probl\u00e9m.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak se m\u016f\u017ee FOMO projevovat v online prost\u0159ed\u00ed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u010clov\u011bka tr\u00e1p\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>je neust\u00e1le na telefonu <\/strong>a nest\u00edh\u00e1 sv\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 povinnosti.&nbsp;<\/li><li>C\u00edt\u00ed se ve stresu, kdy\u017e nem\u00e1 telefon u sebe a nem\u016f\u017ee ho kontrolovat.<\/li><li>Nadm\u011brn\u011b se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 \u017eivoty ostatn\u00edch lid\u00ed a<strong> srovn\u00e1v\u00e1 se <\/strong>s nimi.<\/li><li>P\u0159edstava, \u017ee se mu b\u011bhem dne vybije baterie a on nebude online, ho d\u011bs\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Bl\u00edzc\u00ed ho upozor\u0148uj\u00ed na to, \u017ee po\u0159\u00e1d<strong> kouk\u00e1 do telefonu<\/strong> a nev\u011bnuje jim pozornost.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A takto bychom mohli pokra\u010dovat mnoha dal\u0161\u00edmi body, kter\u00e9 ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt n\u011bco v nepo\u0159\u00e1dku. Tento pocit je ov\u0161em pom\u011brn\u011b n\u00e1vykov\u00fd, a tak mozek vys\u00edl\u00e1 nutkav\u00e9 tendence, abychom <strong>d\u011blali dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dinnosti, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s zase uspokoj\u00ed.<\/strong> My tak sah\u00e1me znovu a znovu po telefonu a vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1me upozorn\u011bn\u00ed nebo p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m zase zajist\u00ed vytou\u017eenou odm\u011bnu. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[5\u20136]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nejste_prilis_online_a_tak_mate_pocit_ze_se_vas_FOMO_netyka\"><\/span>Nejste p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 online, a tak m\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee se v\u00e1s FOMO net\u00fdk\u00e1?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejste po\u0159\u00e1d k dispozici a bez telefonu si v klidu dovedete sv\u016fj den p\u0159edstavit? To je\u0161t\u011b neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee se v\u00e1s FOMO nem\u016f\u017ee t\u00fdkat. Jako lid\u00e9 m\u00e1me toti\u017e obecn\u011b <strong>pot\u0159ebu b\u00fdt sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed spole\u010dnosti.<\/strong> Tato touha je popisovan\u00e1 jako tzv. soci\u00e1ln\u00ed hlad. A kdy\u017e m\u00e1me pocit, \u017ee jsme z n\u011b\u010deho vynechan\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1m to zp\u016fsobovat <strong>nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 pocity.<\/strong> Jejich m\u00edra je pak individu\u00e1ln\u00ed. Z v\u00fdzkum\u016f ov\u0161em vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee tento probl\u00e9m tr\u00e1p\u00ed \u010dast\u011bji mlad\u00e9 lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed v\u00edce pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b.
