Najalarmantniji aspekt gaminga je koli\u010dina vremena koju igra\u010di provedu sjede\u0107i ispred ra\u010dunala. Dok za obi\u010dne igra\u010de to mo\u017ee zna\u010diti samo nekoliko sati tjedno, <strong>profesionalni e-sporta\u0161i vje\u017ebaju \u010dak do 8 sati dnevno<\/strong>. S ovime su povezani razli\u010diti zdravstveni rizici i problemi koji igranje videoigri \u010dine nezdravom aktivno\u0161\u0107u. Ipak, \u010desto je va\u017enije kako svaki pojedinac zasebno pristupa ovom problemu, a unato\u010d odre\u0111enim negativnim stranama, gamingom se mo\u017eete baviti i bez opasnosti za zdravlje. Ipak, uz sve ve\u0107u popularnost gaminga, to bi se moglo promijeniti jednog dana. Istra\u017eivanje je otkrilo da je kriterije za <strong>dijagnozu ovisnosti ili poreme\u0107aja ispunjavalo 0,3 do 1 % ispitanika<\/strong>. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[3]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">Na koga utje\u010du nezdrave gaming navike?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema podacima online platforme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/936732\/consecutive-time-spent-playing-video-games-worldwide\/\">Statista<\/a>, svjetski prosjek <strong>najdulje sesije uzastopnog igranja videoigri iznosio je oko 5,1 sati<\/strong> u 2021. godini. U SAD-u ovaj je broj bio ve\u0107i i iznosio je \u010dak 6 sati. Ako se igra\u010di uz to ne bave nikakvim fizi\u010dkim aktivnostima (barem 150 minuta tjedno prema Nacionalnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo), mogu biti podlo\u017eni zdravstvenim rizicima povezanima sa sjedila\u010dkim na\u010dinom \u017eivota. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">\u2013<\/span>5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, nezdrave gaming navike mogu utjecati na <strong>bilo koga tko pokazuje gore navedene simptome. <\/strong>Nije va\u017eno jesu li to djeca, mla\u0111i igra\u010di ili oni stariji. Lo\u0161e gaming navike \u010desto su usko povezane s <strong>nezdravim na\u010dinom \u017eivota, <\/strong>a to dokazuje i jedno istra\u017eivanje Ameri\u010dkog dru\u0161tva za nutricionizam koje je ispitivalo studente koji igraju videoigre. U usporedbi sa skupinom studenata koji ne igraju videoigre, prva je skupina <strong>manje vje\u017ebala te konzumirala vi\u0161e natrija i nezdrave hrane bogate zasi\u0107enim mastima. <\/strong>Kod igra\u010da je tako\u0111er zabilje\u017een ve\u0107i opseg struka ili manji unos vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a. Ovi igra\u010di obi\u010dno treniraju <strong>6 \u2013 8 sati dnevno<\/strong>, \u010desto i tijekom vikenda. Neki izvori navode da e-sporta\u0161i provode \u010dak <strong>10 \u2013 15 sati dnevno<\/strong> <strong>igraju\u0107i videoigre.<\/strong> Oni tako\u0111er imaju svoje trenere i analiziraju svoje rezultate, a ve\u0107ina njih slijede zadanu dnevnu rutinu. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[7]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Problem kod e-sportova je sjedila\u010dki na\u010din \u017eivota koji je ozbiljniji nego u slu\u010daju povremenih igra\u010da.
