Ako imate, mo\u017eete presko\u010diti ovaj korak i nastaviti dalje. Uzmite <strong>Hokkaido bundevu,<\/strong> operite je i <strong>prere\u017eite<\/strong> na dvije polovice. Ostavite koru na bundevi, ne morate je jo\u0161 guliti niti rezati. Iz obje polovice <strong>izvadite sjemenke.<\/strong> Pripremite tepsiju oblo\u017eenu papirom za pe\u010denje i na nju stavite koru bundeve prema gore. Stavite pleh s bundevom u pe\u0107nicu&nbsp;<strong>zagrijanu na cca. 180 \u00b0C i pecite dok bundeva ne omek\u0161a.<\/strong> To traje otprilike <strong>30 &#8211; 45 minuta<\/strong>&nbsp;(ovisno o veli\u010dini bundeve). Nakon pe\u010denja bundevu ogulite, a<strong> mesnati dio izmiksajte u fini pire<\/strong>. Ako vam se \u010dini previ\u0161e vodenasto, kuhajte ga na \u0161tednjaku dok ne dobijete gu\u0161\u0107u smjesu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sljede\u0107i korak je priprema njoka. Pomije\u0161ajte <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/brasno\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>bra\u0161no<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<strong>sa solju, dodajte svje\u017ei sir, jaja<\/strong> i zamijesite glatko tijesto koje je malo ljepljivo. <strong>Na pobra\u0161njenoj podlozi<\/strong> tijesto oblikujte u <strong>tanki valjak<\/strong> i nare\u017eite na male komadi\u0107e (<strong>\u0161irine oko 1 cm)<\/strong>. Poku\u0161ajte dobiti komadi\u0107e pribli\u017eno iste veli\u010dine kako bi se ravnomjerno ispekli. Zatim posipajte&nbsp;<strong>parmezan<\/strong>,&nbsp;sitno nasjeckanu&nbsp;<strong>kadulju, sol<\/strong> i &nbsp;<a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-mljeveni-crni-papar-sonnentor.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>crni papar<\/strong><\/a> po ukusu.
