Zbog uravnote\u017eenih sastojaka izvrsna je i kao ru\u010dak i kao ve\u010dera. Osim povr\u0107a u obliku raj\u010dica, salate iceberg i mahuna, sadr\u017ei i krumpire koji poma\u017eu u nadopuni slo\u017eenih ugljikohidrata. A kakav bi to dobar obrok bio bez proteina? Ovdje \u0107ete prona\u0107i dva kvalitetna izvora, a to su tuna i jaja. Zatim ih ohladite u ledenoj vodi, ogulite ljusku i nare\u017eite ih na \u010detvrtine.
