Questa pietanza ruota attorno alla purea di zucca, che permette di preparare una <strong>salsa cremosa e dal gusto delicato<\/strong>.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Essa, infatti, si sposa perfettamente con gli gnocchi di quark, il Parmigiano e le foglie fresche di salvia. In caso contrario, saltate questo passaggio e procedete. Lavate&nbsp;<strong>una zucca castagna<\/strong> e <strong>dividetela&nbsp;<\/strong>in due met\u00e0. In questa fase, non \u00e8 necessario sbucciarla.&nbsp;<strong>Scavate i semi <\/strong>all\u2019interno delle due met\u00e0.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Stendete un foglio di carta da forno su una teglia e posizionateci sopra la zucca, con il lato della buccia rivolto verso l\u2019alto.&nbsp;Trasferite la teglia nel <strong>forno preriscaldato a circa 180\u00b0C e cuocete la zucca fino a ottenere una consistenza morbida<\/strong>.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>In genere, a seconda della sua grandezza, impiega all\u2019incirca <strong>30-45 minuti<\/strong>.&nbsp;Dopo la cottura, sbucciate la zucca e <strong>frullate la polpa fino a ottenere una purea vellutata<\/strong>.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Se la consistenza \u00e8 troppo acquosa, cuocetela sui fornelli perch\u00e9 si raddensi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ora passiamo alla preparazione degli gnocchi. Mescolate insieme&nbsp;<a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/farine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>farina<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>sale, formaggio quark e uova<\/strong> fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo e lievemente appiccicoso.&nbsp;<strong>Su una superficie infarinata<\/strong>, lavorate l\u2019impasto fino a ottenere dei&nbsp;<strong>filoncini sottili<\/strong>&nbsp;e tagliateli a tocchetti<strong> della larghezza di circa 1 cm<\/strong>.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Assicuratevi che siano tutti della stessa misura, in modo che cuociano in maniera omogenea.
