But if you&#8217;re keeping a healthy diet, you probably know that its nutritional profile isn&#8217;t exactly ideal. It contains a lot of sugar. The nuts need to be watched while baking, as they can burn quickly. If you want the spread to be sweeter, peel the skins off the nuts beforehand. Just spread them out on a clean tea towel and rub them. This will peel off the skins. You then need to use a powerful blender to make the nuts into a <strong>smooth butter.<\/strong> This may take <strong>4\u201310 minutes.<\/strong> It is a good idea to give the blender shorter breaks so that it does not overheat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the melted <strong>chocolate mixture, a pinch of<\/strong> <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>salt<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cocoa-powder-vanavita.html\"><strong>cocoa<\/strong><\/a> and a <strong>few drops of<\/strong> <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flavor-drops-30-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>vanilla Flavor Drops<\/strong><\/a> to the blended nuts. Blend together on low speed to combine all the ingredients. Place the finished spread in a resealable glass container, let cool before sealing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our tip:<\/strong> Store the spread preferably in the fridge, where it will solidify and last for several weeks.
