La preparazione non \u00e8 complicata e il risultato vale decisamente la pena. Scaldate una padella e fate <strong>rosolare le cipolle nell&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva.<\/strong> Intanto, preparate le mele. Sbucciatele, privatele del torsolo e tagliatele a <strong>cubetti.<\/strong> Poi unite le mele alle cipolle insieme allo zenzero grattugiato o finemente tritato e all&#8217;aglio schiacciato. Scaldate il tutto in una padella, mescolando di tanto in tanto, fino a quando il succo di mela non viene rilasciato. Il liquido del composto deve avere la consistenza di uno sciroppo, quindi non esagerate con l&#8217;acqua. Dopo 20 minuti di cottura a fuoco lento, <strong>aggiungete l&#8217;uvetta<\/strong> e fate cuocere per altri 10 minuti.
