V\u0103 pute\u021bi imagina interconectarea aminoacizilor individuali ca un fel de bloc de construc\u021bie Lego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiecare pies\u0103 Lego poate avea o form\u0103, culoare \u0219i dimensiune diferit\u0103. Unii trebuie s\u0103 fie absorbi\u021bi prin alimente, al\u021bii pot fi produse chiar de corpul vostru, \u00eens\u0103 exist\u0103 \u0219i aminoacizi pe care trebuie s\u0103 \u00eei completa\u021bi doar \u00een anumite etape ale vie\u021bii. Aminoacizii esen\u021biali (EAA)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u0103r\u0103 ace\u0219ti aminoacizi, corpul uman nu se poate descurca. Acesta nu le poate produce de unul singur, a\u0219a c\u0103 depinde\u021bi de <strong>aportul lor din alimenta\u021bie \u0219i suplimente nutritive<\/strong>. Exist\u0103 <strong>un total de opt<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.ro\/eaa\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>aminoacizi esen\u021biali<\/strong><\/a> (EAA) iar organismul \u00eei folose\u0219te pentru regenerarea muscular\u0103, pentru formarea masei musculare, sinteza hormonal\u0103, sinteza neurotransmi\u021b\u0103torilor \u0219i, de asemenea, <strong>produc c\u00e2\u021biva aminoacizi neesen\u021biali.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Uneori, pe list\u0103 este ad\u0103ugat\u0103 \u0219i histidina, dar este considerat un aminoacid esen\u021bial doar \u00een copil\u0103rie. Leucina<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.ro\/l-leucina-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Leucina<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;este primul din trioul de aminoacizi cu lan\u021b ramificat, pe care probabil \u00eei cunoa\u0219te\u021bi sub denumirea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.ro\/bcaa\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">BCAA<\/a> (aminoacizi cu lan\u021b ramificat). Ace\u0219tia reprezint\u0103 aproximativ 35% din to\u021bi aminoacizii esen\u021biali din organismul uman, fiind cel mai frecvent asocia\u021bi cu <strong>protejarea masei musculare \u00een timpul exerci\u021biilor fizice<\/strong>, iar leucina este cea care are cea mai mare leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu acest aspect. Cu toate acestea, conform studiilor, poate sus\u021bine \u0219i func\u021bia celulelor dendritice, care reprezint\u0103 o leg\u0103tur\u0103 important\u0103 pentru <strong>imunitate<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4, 40]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"isoleucine\">3.&nbsp;Izoleucina<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Izoleucina este al treilea membru al familiei BCAA \u0219i, la fel ca \u0219i rudele sale, este asociat\u0103 cu protec\u021bia \u0219i dezvoltarea masei musculare \u0219i a metabolismului energetic. <strong>Are efecte anti-catabolice<\/strong> \u0219i poate contribui astfel la protejarea mu\u0219chilor \u00eempotriva leziunilor (folosit\u0103 ca surs\u0103 de energie).
