Ne v\u0161echno je v\u0161ak ve sv\u011bt\u011b gamingu r\u016f\u017eov\u00e9. Nejv\u00edce alarmuj\u00edc\u00edm aspektem jsou \u010dasto dlouh\u00e9 hodiny sezen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 hr\u00e1\u010di str\u00e1v\u00ed p\u0159i samotn\u00e9m hran\u00ed. Zat\u00edmco u t\u011bch b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt minim\u00e1ln\u011b n\u011bkolik hodin t\u00fddn\u011b, <strong>profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed e-sportovci tr\u00e9nuj\u00ed i 8 hodin denn\u011b. <\/strong>S t\u00edm souvis\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed rizika a probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 z hran\u00ed d\u011blaj\u00ed nezdravou aktivitu. \u010casto je to v\u0161ak pouze o p\u0159\u00edstupu jednotlivc\u016f a i p\u0159es hroz\u00edc\u00ed probl\u00e9my lze gaming pojmout i ve zdrav\u00e9 rovin\u011b. Podle n\u011bkolika zdroj\u016f spl\u0148uje krit\u00e9ria z\u00e1vislosti z hran\u00ed her m\u00e1lo lid\u00ed. Na tuto problematiku se pod\u00edvala tak\u00e9 studie \u010dasopisu American Journal of Psychology. Sledovali t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 19 tis\u00edc dosp\u011bl\u00fdch hr\u00e1\u010d\u016f z USA, Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nie, N\u011bmecka a Kanady. Zjistili, \u017ee krit\u00e9ria pro <strong>diagn\u00f3zu z\u00e1vislosti (resp. poruchy) spl\u0148uje pouze 0,3 a\u017e 1 % lid\u00ed.<\/strong> <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[3]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">Koho se mohou nezdrav\u00e9 hern\u00ed n\u00e1vyky t\u00fdkat?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podle <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/936732\/consecutive-time-spent-playing-video-games-worldwide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">port\u00e1lu statista<\/a> je za rok 2021 glob\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br <strong>nejd\u00e9le trvaj\u00edc\u00edho hran\u00ed bez p\u0159est\u00e1vky asi 5,1 hodiny. <\/strong>V USA je toto \u010d\u00edslo vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed a \u0161plh\u00e1 k \u0161esti hodin\u00e1m. Pokud tento \u010das hr\u00e1\u010di nevyva\u017euj\u00ed dostate\u010dnou fyzickou aktivitou (podle NHS alespo\u0148 150 minut t\u00fddn\u011b), mohou se vystavovat rizik\u016fm spojen\u00fdm se sedav\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">\u2013<\/span>5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nezdrav\u00e9 hern\u00ed n\u00e1vyky se v\u0161ak mohou t\u00fdkat <strong>ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, kdo vykazuje v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 symptomy. <\/strong>A je jedno, zda jde o d\u011bti, mlad\u00e9 nebo star\u0161\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010de. \u0160patn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup ke gamingu jde \u010dasto ruku v ruce <strong>se zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu. <\/strong>Dokazuje to i studie American Society of Nutrition, kter\u00e1 sledovala vysoko\u0161kol\u00e1ky hraj\u00edc\u00ed hry. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;nehraj\u00edc\u00edm vzorkem m\u011bli hr\u00e1\u010di tendenci <strong>m\u00e9n\u011b cvi\u010dit, p\u0159ij\u00edmat v\u00edce sod\u00edku a j\u00edst nezdravou stravu bohatou na nasycen\u00e9 tuky. <\/strong>Krom\u011b toho se v souvislosti s nimi zmi\u0148uje i v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed obvod pasu \u010di men\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem ovoce a zeleniny. Tito hr\u00e1\u010di tr\u00e9nuj\u00ed obvykle asi <strong>6 \u2013 8 hodin denn\u011b, <\/strong>\u010dasto v\u010detn\u011b v\u00edkend\u016f.
