Dokonce by bez nich neprob\u011bhly spr\u00e1vn\u011b ani ty nejz\u00e1kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u011bje, jako je <strong>tr\u00e1ven\u00ed nebo imunitn\u00ed ochrana. <\/strong>P\u0159\u00edkladem je glutamin, kter\u00fd mimo jin\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed i jako zdroj energie pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 bu\u0148ky st\u0159evn\u00ed sliznice a imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. Spole\u010dn\u011b s BCAA nebo argininem jde o obl\u00edben\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky i mezi sportovci. V dne\u0161n\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku se do\u010dtete v\u0161e d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, co jste cht\u011bli o aminokyselin\u00e1ch v\u011bd\u011bt, a to v\u010detn\u011b jejich vlivu na sportovn\u00ed v\u00fdkon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_jsou_aminokyseliny\"><\/span>Co jsou aminokyseliny?&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aminokyseliny (AMK) jsou<strong> z\u00e1kladn\u00ed bloky, ze kter\u00fdch se tvo\u0159\u00ed peptidy a z nich pak b\u00edlkoviny neboli proteiny. <\/strong>T\u011bch z aminokyselin vznik\u00e1 dokonce tis\u00edce r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f. Propojov\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch aminokyselin si m\u016f\u017eeme jednodu\u0161e p\u0159edstavit jako takovou stavebnici lego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00e1 lego kosti\u010dka m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt jin\u00fd tvar, barvu i velikost. Kdy\u017e z nich chcete postavit t\u0159eba vesm\u00edrnou lo\u010f, mus\u00edte um\u00edstit ur\u010ditou kosti\u010dku na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 m\u00edsto. S trochou fantazie m\u016f\u017eete ze stejn\u00fdch kosti\u010dek poskl\u00e1dat d\u016fm nebo t\u0159eba auto. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed toti\u017e na jejich konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed. To stejn\u00e9 plat\u00ed pro aminokyseliny. <strong>Podle toho, v jak\u00e9m po\u0159ad\u00ed a jak se mezi sebou propoj\u00ed, vznikne konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed typ b\u00edlkoviny.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud chemie pat\u0159ila mezi va\u0161e obl\u00edben\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty, nejsp\u00ed\u0161 v\u00e1s tak\u00e9 zaj\u00edm\u00e1,<strong> jak\u00fd maj\u00ed aminokyseliny vzorec.<\/strong> Molekula ka\u017ed\u00e9 AMK obsahuje karboxylovou skupinu (COO) a aminovou skupinu (NH2). N\u011bkter\u00e9 mus\u00edme p\u0159ij\u00edmat stravou, jin\u00e9 si dok\u00e1\u017eeme sami vyrobit a pak existuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 aminokyseliny, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebujeme dopl\u0148ovat jen v ur\u010dit\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00edch etap\u00e1ch. Podle toho se rozd\u011bluj\u00ed na esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed, neesenci\u00e1ln\u00ed a podm\u00edn\u011bn\u011b esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed (semiesenci\u00e1ln\u00ed). <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak\u00fd je rozd\u00edl mezi L a D formou aminokyselin?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b se aminokyseliny b\u011b\u017en\u011b nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v L nebo D form\u011b. P\u0159\u00edkladem je L-Leucin, kter\u00fd je zrcadlov\u00fdm obrazem D-Leucinu. Maj\u00ed opa\u010dn\u011b um\u00edst\u011bnou amino skupinu, co\u017e ovliv\u0148uje jejich vyu\u017eit\u00ed v organismu.<strong> Pro na\u0161e t\u011blo je pou\u017eiteln\u00e1 pouze L-forma aminokyselin,<\/strong> ze kter\u00e9 se tvo\u0159\u00ed b\u00edlkoviny a dal\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[38]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Esencialni_aminokyseliny_EAK\"><\/span>1. Esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed aminokyseliny (EAK)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bez t\u011bchto aminokyselin by se na\u0161e t\u011blo prakticky neobe\u0161lo. Nedok\u00e1\u017ee si je toti\u017e samo vyrobit, a jsme tak z\u00e1visl\u00ed <strong>na jejich p\u0159\u00edjmu ze stravy a dopl\u0148k\u016f.<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/eaa\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Esenci\u00e1ln\u00edch AMK<\/strong><\/a> (Esssential Amino Acids \u2013 EAA) existuje <strong>celkem 8 <\/strong>a organismus je vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 na regeneraci i tvorbu svalov\u00e9 hmoty, synt\u00e9zu hormon\u016f, neurotransmiter\u016f a z\u00e1rove\u0148 <strong>z nich vznikaj\u00ed i n\u011bkter\u00e9 neesenci\u00e1ln\u00ed aminokyseliny.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkdy se k nim p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 tak\u00e9 histidin, kter\u00fd je ale pova\u017eov\u00e1n za esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed aminokyselinu jen v d\u011btstv\u00ed.
