Imagina\u021bi-v\u0103 c\u0103 este un fel de lichid galben-verzui. Este format din 94% ap\u0103, iar restul de 6% este materie uscat\u0103. Materia uscat\u0103 este format\u0103 \u00een special din lactoz\u0103 (\u00een jur de 77%), 10% proteine, iar restul din azota\u021bi neproteici \u0219i substan\u021be minerale sau lipide. Procesarea zerului<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a putea continua cu procesarea zerului, trebuie mai \u00eent\u00e2i tratat. \u00cen acest proces, reziduurile de proteine cazein\u0103 \u0219i mare parte din gr\u0103simi sunt eliminate pentru a preveni \u00eenfundarea membranelor filtrului. Un alt pas important \u00eel reprezint\u0103 pasteurizarea (\u00eenc\u0103lzirea pe termen scurt), care omoar\u0103 organismele nedorite \u0219i dezactiveaz\u0103 anumite enzime. De asemenea, sunt \u00eendep\u0103rtate par\u021bial anumite minerale care pot avea un efect negativ asupra procesului. Producerea proteinelor din zer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Materia prim\u0103 de baz\u0103 pentru producerea pudrei proteice este zerul concentrat, care a fost golit de proteina cazein\u0103 \u0219i \u00een parte de gr\u0103simi, lactoz\u0103 \u0219i minerale \u00een timpul proces\u0103rii. Pentru a se produce proteine de calitate din zer, acesta trebuie supus unei filtr\u0103ri delicate.
