V\u017edy\u0165 n\u00e1m to pom\u00e1h\u00e1 r\u016fst profesn\u011b, ekonomicky i osobnostn\u011b. Probl\u00e9m ale nast\u00e1v\u00e1, kdy\u017e si t\u0159eba i b\u011bhem v\u00edkendu nastavujeme bud\u00edk na 5 r\u00e1no s t\u00edm, \u017ee <strong>nechceme promarnit ani hodinu \u010dasu, kdy na sob\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme pracovat. <\/strong>V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b si u\u017e zahr\u00e1v\u00e1me s toxickou produktivitou, kter\u00e1 se definuje <strong>jako nezdrav\u00e1 touha a\u017e posedlost b\u00fdt produktivn\u00ed za ka\u017edou cenu. <\/strong><span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u016f\u017eeme o n\u00ed \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee je to takov\u00fd upgradovan\u00fd workoholismus. \u0160iroce toti\u017e p\u0159esahuje hranice pracovn\u00edho \u017eivota. \u010clov\u011bk, kter\u00fd se stal ob\u011bt\u00ed toxick\u00e9 produktivity, mak\u00e1 na sv\u00fdch c\u00edlech bez p\u0159est\u00e1n\u00ed jako k\u0159e\u010dek b\u011bhaj\u00edc\u00ed v kole\u010dku.<strong> Ka\u017ed\u00fd den d\u011bl\u00e1 p\u0159es\u010dasy, vyty\u010duje si nere\u00e1ln\u00e9 c\u00edle, zapom\u00edn\u00e1 na sebep\u00e9\u010di a \u010dasto je posedl\u00fd dokonalost\u00ed.<\/strong> Stejn\u011b jako tomu roztomil\u00e9mu hlodavci mu ale d\u0159\u00edv nebo pozd\u011bji dojdou s\u00edly.
