Odlu\u010dili smo je pripremiti od manje masnog mesa i za\u010diniti je za\u010dinima i \u010de\u0161njakom. Zatim sve to stavite u zdjelu zajedno s pure\u0107im mesom i promije\u0161ajte. Zatim dodajte kumin, ma\u017euran, sol, papar, jaja i kru\u0161ne mrvice i ponovno dobro promije\u0161ajte. Cijela smjesa treba biti kompaktna. Ako je previ\u0161e teku\u0107a i ne mo\u017ee se oblikovati, dodajte jo\u0161 malo kru\u0161nih mrvica.
