Nakon \u0161to ste pogledali ovaj film, mo\u017eda ste se zapitali postoje li <strong>legalne tvari za poticanje rada mozga?<\/strong> Mo\u017eda ste ba\u0161 u tom trenutku pomislili na ginkgo bilobu koju su tijekom studija preporu\u010divali za bolje pam\u0107enje. Da ste po\u010deli guglati, ne bi vam promaklo da postoji cijela skupina tvari koje mogu u\u010diniti upravo ono \u0161to tra\u017eite. Dobrodo\u0161li u svijet nootropika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nootropici su poznati i kao <strong>pametni lijekovi ili hrana za mozak.<\/strong> Na\u017ealost, njihovi efekti ne dosti\u017eu kvalitetu NZT-a u filmovima, ali se ipak isplati isprobati ih. Mogu pobolj\u0161ati pam\u0107enje, koncentraciju i u\u010denje. To su \u010dimbenici koji \u010desto odre\u0111uju uspjeh ili neuspjeh u \u0161koli, na poslu i drugim podru\u010djima \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_su_nootropici\"><\/span>\u0160to su nootropici?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cak su i na\u0161i preci, istra\u017euju\u0107i svoju okolinu, sigurno nailazili na usjeve i li\u0161\u0107e koji su im \u017evakanjem pomagali u stimulaciji uma. To im je omogu\u0107ilo da se nastave truditi i podiglo vje\u0161tine na vi\u0161u razinu. Samo \u0161to te darove prirode nisu zvali nootropici, ve\u0107 su vjerojatno za njih imali vi\u0161e narodnih naziva.<strong> Zapravo, tek je sredinom 1960-ih ovaj moderni izraz u\u0161ao u upotrebu.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[1-2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kako_je_nastao_naziv_nootropici\"><\/span>Kako je nastao naziv nootropici?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Njega je otkrio rumunjski psiholog i kemi\u010dar <strong>Corneliu Giurgea<\/strong> tijekom istra\u017eivanja piracetama. Prvobitno je, prema legendi, tra\u017eio tvar s opu\u0161taju\u0107im u\u010dincima, ali je otkrio ne\u0161to sasvim drugo. <strong>Primijetio je da tvar pove\u0107ava aktivnost mozga.<\/strong> To ga je toliko zaintrigiralo da je po\u010deo dalje istra\u017eivati piracetam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad je razmi\u0161ljao kako nazvati tvar koja op\u0107enito poti\u010de rad mozga, smislio je naziv nootropik. Nastao je spojem dviju gr\u010dkih rije\u010di &#8211; <strong>noos (um) i tropein (savijati, okretati ili usmjeravati)<\/strong>, \u0161to mo\u017eemo prevesti kao tvari koje svojim djelovanjem mogu usmjeriti na\u0161 um u pravom smjeru. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[1-2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, danas nootropike mo\u017eemo definirati kao <strong>prirodne ili sinteti\u010dke tvari koje su povezane s pobolj\u0161anjem funkcije mozga.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_se_obicno_ocekuje_od_nootropika\"><\/span>\u0160to se obi\u010dno o\u010dekuje od nootropika?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ljudi su \u010desto primorani uzimati <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/nootropici-i-stimulansi-za-mozak\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">nootropike<\/a> zbog \u017eelje da budu bolji. Osiguravaju i da su neuroni adekvatno nahranjeni i za\u0161ti\u0107eni. Kada nau\u010dite ne\u0161to novo, stvara se nova veza. A ako ne\u0161to zaboravite, veza se gubi.
