Kako bi bilo da probate tipi\u010dnu francusku deliciju koja se zove Quich\u00e9? Me\u0111utim, malo smo promijenili originalni recept kako bi Quich\u00e9 imao manje kalorija. Kremastu podlogu zamijenili smo <strong>pireom od bundeve.<\/strong> Pire od bundeve dodaje jo\u0161 zanimljivije note okusa kona\u010dnom rezultatu. Ne smije se propustiti ni mozzarella koja se prekrasno topi u Quich\u00e9u. Ina\u010de, ako nadjev radite od po\u010detka, morate ga po\u010deti pripremati. Hokkaido <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/tag\/bundeva-hr\/\">bundevu<\/a> operite i prepolovite. Nemojte je guliti niti rezati koru, nije potrebno. Izdubite sjemenke iz obje polovice, pa bundevu stavite na lim i<strong> pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici na 180 \u00b0C oko 30-45 minuta<\/strong> (ovisno o veli\u010dini bundeve). Ako \u017eelite skratiti vrijeme pe\u010denja, mo\u017eete ga narezati na manje komade. Da li je bundeva dobro pe\u010dena, mo\u017eete provjeriti tako da je probodete vilicom. Bundeva je gotova kada je potpuno mekana. Kad je gotova, <strong>pustite je da se ohladi i izmiksajte<\/strong> u glatki pire od bundeve. Probu\u0161ite dno tijesta na nekoliko mjesta vilicom, te na njega pospite sloj nekuhane <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/riza\">ri\u017ee<\/a><\/strong> ili <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/mahunarke\">mahunarki.<\/a><\/strong> To \u0107e ote\u017eati tijesto i <strong>sprije\u010diti njegovo dizanje<\/strong> tijekom pe\u010denja. Zatim ga stavite u <strong>zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na 180\u2103<\/strong> i pecite oko <strong>15 minuta.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Za to vrijeme pripremite nadjev. <strong>\u010ce\u0161njak i luk sitno<\/strong> nasjeckajte. Zatim u zdjelu dodjate nasjeckani \u010de\u0161njak, luk, te <strong>jaja, \u0161pinat, pire od <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/tag\/bundeva-hr\/\">bundeve<\/a> i narezanu mozzarellu.<\/strong> Ako imate mini kuglice mozzarelle, samo ih prepolovite. Ve\u0107e komade potrebno je narezati na manje komade.
