Medenjaci su odli\u010dan izbor za snack uz \u010daj ili kavu. No, mi smo ih odlu\u010dili malo promijeniti i osmislili smo ukusan desert u staklenci. Ima okus medenjaka, ali tako\u0111er sadr\u017ei pahuljastu kremu od kvark sira i so\u010dne jabuke. U zdjeli izmiksajte <strong>kvark sir s <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/med-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">medom<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/protein-just-whey-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">proteinskim prahom od vanilije<\/a>,<\/strong> dok smjesa ne dobijete glatku konzistenciju. Ne zaboravite ih mije\u0161ati da se jabuke ne zalijepe za lonac. Nakon ovoga skoro ste gotovi s pripremom. Pustite da se <strong>list od medenjaka<\/strong> ohladi i razlomite ga na manje komadi\u0107e te ih ravnomjerno podijelite na <strong>3 hrpice<\/strong>.
