V \u0161kole na to sl\u00fa\u017eili <strong>zn\u00e1mky<\/strong>, doma zase <strong>pochvaly<\/strong> alebo v\u00fdhrady od rodi\u010dov. Aj v dospelosti \u010dasto prech\u00e1dzame tak\u00fdmto hodnoten\u00edm, aj ke\u010f si to ani neuvedomujeme. V pr\u00e1ci n\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdkon posudzuj\u00fa nadriaden\u00ed, na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach m\u00f4\u017eeme by\u0165 zase hodnoten\u00ed prostredn\u00edctvom <strong>likeov \u010di koment\u00e1rov.<\/strong> A aj doma potom zo spr\u00e1vania ostatn\u00fdch \u010dlenov rodiny spozn\u00e1me, \u010di s\u00fa spokojn\u00ed, alebo im naopak nie\u010do ch\u00fdba. V\u010faka hodnoteniu je \u010dlovek skr\u00e1tka schopn\u00fd zisti\u0165, ako je na tom v ur\u010dit\u00fdch oblastiach.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>No \u00e1no, ale ako zisti\u0165, ako sme na tom sami pre seba? Je fajn zav\u010fa\u010di\u0165 sa \u0161\u00e9fovi alebo rodine. Rovnako je ale <strong>d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 by\u0165 spokojn\u00fd s\u00e1m so sebou.<\/strong> A pr\u00e1ve s t\u00fdm m\u00f4\u017ee bilancovanie pom\u00f4c\u0165.
