Kaj \u010de bi poskusili tipi\u010dno francosko poslastico, imenovano Quich\u00e9? Mi smo izvirni recept nekoliko spremenili, da bi bil Quiche manj masten. Smetanovo osnovo smo nadomestili z bu\u010dnim pirejem. To kon\u010dnemu rezultatu doda \u0161e ve\u010d zanimivih okusov. Prav tako ne smemo pozabiti na mocarelo, ki se v Quicheju \u010dudovito stopi. Bu\u010do hokaido operite in jo prere\u017eite na pol. Ne lupite in ne obrezujte lupine, saj to ni potrebno. Iz obeh polovic izdolbite semena, nato bu\u010do polo\u017eite na peka\u010d in jo pribli\u017eno 30-45 minut (odvisno od velikosti bu\u010de) pecite v predhodno ogreti pe\u010dici na 180 \u00b0C. \u010ce \u017eelite skraj\u0161ati \u010das peke, jo lahko nare\u017eete na manj\u0161e kose.
