Smetanov\u00fd z\u00e1klad jsme tak nahradili<strong> d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00fdm pyr\u00e9. <\/strong>To v\u00fdsledku dod\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165ov\u00e9 t\u00f3ny. V opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b za\u010dneme jeho p\u0159\u00edpravou. <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/tag\/dyne\/\" class=\"ek-link\">D\u00fdni hokaido<\/a> umyjeme a roz\u0159\u00edzneme na dv\u011b poloviny. Slupku neloupeme ani neokrajujeme, nen\u00ed to pot\u0159eba. Z obou polovin vydlabeme sem\u00ednka, pak d\u00e1me d\u00fdni na plech a <strong>pe\u010deme v troub\u011b vyh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 na 180 \u00b0C asi 30\u201345 minut<\/strong> (podle velikosti d\u00fdn\u011b). Pokud chceme zkr\u00e1tit dobu pe\u010den\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eeme ji nakr\u00e1jet na men\u0161\u00ed kousky. Spr\u00e1vn\u011b upe\u010denou d\u00fdni pozn\u00e1me tak, \u017ee je \u00fapln\u011b m\u011bkk\u00e1, kdy\u017e do n\u00ed p\u00edchneme vidli\u010dkou. Jakmile je hotov\u00e1, nech\u00e1me ji <strong>vychladnout a rozmixujeme,<\/strong> aby vzniklo jemn\u00e9 d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e9 pyr\u00e9.
