Ta nast\u00e1vaj\u00ed hlavn\u011b na za\u010d\u00e1tku a tehdy, kdy jsme ost\u00fdchav\u00ed a boj\u00edme se, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme n\u011bco pokazit. Postupn\u011b se za\u010dneme <strong>porovn\u00e1vat s ostatn\u00edmi a bojujeme ve sv\u00e9 hlav\u011b<\/strong>. Tento boj se m\u016f\u017ee podepsat na dosahov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161ich c\u00edl\u016f a celkov\u00fdch v\u00fdsledc\u00edch. V praxi to vypad\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad tak, \u017ee p\u0159ijdeme do fitka a m\u00edsto osloven\u00ed tren\u00e9ra \u010di zku\u0161en\u011bj\u0161\u00edho sportovce se rad\u011bji soust\u0159ed\u00edme na nepodstatn\u00e9 v\u011bci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To v\u0161ak jen proto, abychom nem\u011bli pocit, \u017ee se na n\u00e1s n\u011bkdo d\u00edv\u00e1 a hodnot\u00ed n\u00e1s. No a abychom se \u00fapln\u011b zbavili nutk\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let nad t\u00edm, co si o n\u00e1s mysl\u00ed ostatn\u00ed,<strong> jdeme si rad\u011bji jen pochodit na p\u00e1se<\/strong>. Tam n\u00e1s op\u011bt p\u0159epadnou my\u0161lenky na to, jak za\u010d\u00edt zvedat v\u00e1hy, s nimi\u017e mak\u00e1 ten fitness model \u010di modelka z Instagramu, abychom vypadali stejn\u011b tak dob\u0159e, jako oni. Tehdy o sob\u011b za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1te pochybovat a p\u0159epad\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00e1s obavy ze selh\u00e1n\u00ed. To m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jeden ze sign\u00e1l\u016f, \u017ee v\u00e1m <strong>chyb\u00ed dostatek sebed\u016fv\u011bry<\/strong>. Dnes se proto pod\u00edv\u00e1me na n\u011bkolik tip\u016f, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m pomohou zvl\u00e1dnout ment\u00e1ln\u00ed souboj a <strong>zlep\u0161it sv\u00e9 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed ve sportu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Proc_je_sebeduvera_ve_sportu_dulezita\"><\/span>Pro\u010d je sebed\u016fv\u011bra ve sportu d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u0159\u00edve ne\u017e za\u010dneme, je nutn\u00e9 pochopit, pro\u010d je sebed\u016fv\u011bra ve sportu tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 toti\u017e<strong> pod\u00e1vat kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkony<\/strong>. Nav\u00edc p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 tak\u00e9 k tomu, aby m\u011bl samotn\u00fd sportovec ze sebe lep\u0161\u00ed pocit. T\u00e9to problematice se v\u011bnovala i studie zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e1 v renomovan\u00e9m \u010dasopisu Journal of Sports Sciences. Zjistila, \u017ee <strong>vysok\u00e1 sebed\u016fv\u011bra zlep\u0161uje v\u00fdkon prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm pozitivn\u00edho vlivu my\u0161lenek \u010dlov\u011bka.<\/strong> <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[1]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">Krom\u011b zlep\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkon\u016f v\u00e1m sebed\u016fv\u011bra ve sportu m\u016f\u017ee pomoci:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>l\u00e9pe vyu\u017e\u00edvat kognitivn\u00ed schopnosti<\/strong> pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro sportovn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch. Identifikujte p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu sv\u00fdch obav<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Obavy v oblasti sportu jsou zalo\u017een\u00e9 na psychologick\u00e9 hrozb\u011b. Jedn\u00e1 se o to, jak \u010dlov\u011bk vn\u00edm\u00e1 d\u016fle\u017eitost v\u00fdkonu nebo to, co si o n\u011bm mysl\u00ed ostatn\u00ed. Tyto \u00favahy v\u00e1s mohou p\u0159epadnout nap\u0159\u00edklad ve fitku a omezit a\u017e tak, \u017ee neodcvi\u010d\u00edte sv\u016fj pl\u00e1novan\u00fd tr\u00e9nink. Samotn\u00fd strach m\u016f\u017ee souviset i se \u0161patn\u00fdmi sportovn\u00edmi v\u00fdsledky nebo s faktory, kter\u00e9 \u010dlov\u011bk nedok\u00e1\u017ee ovlivnit, ale i navzdory tomu s nimi v hlav\u011b sv\u00e1d\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed boj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 identifikovat p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu obav, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed strach ze selh\u00e1n\u00ed. Je nutn\u00e9 pochopit, \u017ee my\u0161lenky typu &#8211; dnes mus\u00edm b\u00fdt perfektn\u00ed nebo mus\u00edm analyzovat sv\u00e9 chyby, okam\u017eit\u011b je opravit a u\u017e nikdy nezopakovat, mohou v\u00e9st k tomu, \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 sportovn\u00ed v\u00fdkon bude v\u00e1hav\u00fd a neoptim\u00e1ln\u00ed.
