Zoberieme jednu men\u0161iu tekvicu hokkaido, rozpol\u00edme ju a vydlabeme vn\u00fatorn\u00fa \u010das\u0165 so semienkami (tie nevyhadzujeme, m\u00f4\u017eeme ich vysu\u0161i\u0165 v r\u00fare, opra\u017ei\u0165 na panvici a pou\u017ei\u0165 ako zdrav\u00fa poch\u00fa\u0165ku alebo ingredienciu do \u010fal\u0161\u00edch jed\u00e1l).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Obidve polovice tekvice <strong>rozkr\u00e1jame na men\u0161ie \u010dasti <\/strong>a polo\u017e\u00edme na plech vylo\u017een\u00fd papierom na pe\u010denie.
