Vendar ne more vsakdo postati dr\u017eavni ali svetovni prvak v bodybuildingu. <strong>Le pe\u0161\u010dica<\/strong> izbrancev lahko nato stopi na oder tekmovanja <strong>Mr. Olympia <\/strong>in na njem celo zmaga. Vzemimo primer Janeza in Ga\u0161perja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Kralj lokalnega fitnesa<\/strong> Janez prakti\u010dno nikoli ni skrbel za kakovostno prehrano, vsak konec tedna je podiral rekorde v u\u017eivanju alkohola, njegov trud pri treningih pa sploh ni bil zgleden. A kaj naj re\u010dem, z njegovim impresivnim bicepsom, \u010dvrstim prsim in hrbtu, \u0161irokemu kot letalska steza, se ni mogel primerjati nih\u010de dale\u010d naokoli.<\/li><li><strong>Po drugi strani je Ga\u0161per<\/strong> zvesto sledil skrbno izdelanemu na\u010drtu vadbe in prehrane, regeneraciji in na\u010dinu \u017eivljenja, vendar mu je vedno manjkalo tisto nekaj, kar je imel Janez.<\/li><li>To ni povsem po\u0161teno, kajne? Na \u017ealost je tak\u0161no pa\u010d \u017eivljenje.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Znanstvene \u0161tudije na podro\u010dju <strong>\u0161portnega genetskega testiranja<\/strong> se obi\u010dajno osredoto\u010dajo na vzdr\u017eljivostne \u0161portnike, zato so vse raziskave na podro\u010dju \u0161portov mo\u010di \u0161e relativno v povojih. Kljub temu je znanost ugotovila <strong>ve\u010d deset razli\u010dnih genskih razli\u010dic, ki bolj ali manj vplivajo na razvoj mi\u0161i\u010dne mase in mo\u010di<\/strong>. Gen za miostatin (MSTN) vpliva na mi\u0161i\u010dno maso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktivnost tega gena (MSTN), ki je genetsko pogojena, vpliva na koli\u010dino miostatina, ki nastaja v mi\u0161i\u010dnih celicah. To je regulatorna beljakovina, ki <strong>prepre\u010duje &#8220;pretirano&#8221; rast mi\u0161ic<\/strong> z zmanj\u0161anjem proizvodnje mi\u0161i\u010dnih beljakovin v mi\u0161icah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ben-Zakenova \u0161tudija je pokazala, da je <strong>ugodna kombinacija ene od razli\u010dic tega gena skupaj z razli\u010dico gena, ki kodira anabolni hormon IGF-1, povezana z vi\u0161jimi koncentracijami anaboli\u010dnega hormona IGF-1 v krvi<\/strong>, ve\u010djo mi\u0161i\u010dno maso in bolj\u0161o vzdr\u017eljivostjo pri \u0161portnikih. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[1]<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>V neki drugi \u0161tudiji je bilo ugotovljeno, da je dolo\u010den alel (varianta) gena za miostatin razli\u010dno raz\u0161irjen med belimi in temnopoltimi \u0161portniki, kar lahko delno pojasni njihov <strong>razli\u010den potencial mi\u0161i\u010dne rasti<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4]<\/span><\/li><li>Kitajska \u0161tudija je pokazala, da je <strong>razli\u010dica gena MSTN povezana z ve\u010djim pove\u010danjem mi\u0161i\u010dne mase med treningom mo\u010di<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[9]<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dolo\u010dena <strong>mutacija tega gena<\/strong> naj bi bila prisotna pri dvakratnem zmagovalcu olimpijskih iger, orja\u0161kem Egip\u010danu <strong>Big Ramiju<\/strong>, ali pri nem\u0161kem teka\u0161kem kolesarju <strong>Robertu F\u00f6rstemannu<\/strong>, ki je znan po svojih orja\u0161kih kvadricepsih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:25%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-rocnik-za-vdelave wp-block-embed-rocnik-za-vdelave wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Mr. Olympia 2021: Big Ramy Posing Routine\" width=\"1140\" height=\"641\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/rL4uvzPGwO4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:25%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Gen ACTN3 kodira sposobnost za najve\u010djo mo\u010d in bolj\u0161e okrevanje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gen ACTN3<\/strong> kodira lastnosti beljakovine alfa-aktinin-3, ki sodeluje pri kr\u010denju mi\u0161ic. Najdemo ga predvsem v mi\u0161i\u010dnih vlaknih hitrega preklopa (tip II), ki imajo najve\u010dji potencial za ustvarjanje najve\u010dje mo\u010di. Ta mi\u0161i\u010dna vlakna so bolj nagnjena k hipertrofiji in jih je obi\u010dajno ve\u010d pri \u0161printerjih ali \u0161portnikih,kitrenirajo za mo\u010d. Posebne ugodne razli\u010dice tega gena so pogostej\u0161e pri elitnih \u0161printerjih in \u0161portnikih za mo\u010d, kar jim daje nedvomno <strong>konkuren\u010dno prednost pred tekmeci<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[3] <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Gen CK-MM kodira aktivnost encima, ki sodeluje pri hitrem pridobivanju energije med vadbo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Encim kreatin kinaza<\/strong> je vklju\u010den v proces pridobivanja celi\u010dne energije (ATP &#8211; adenozin trifosfat), zlasti med intenzivnim mi\u0161i\u010dnim delom. Za name\u010dek naj omenimo, da na podobnem principu hitrej\u0161e proizvodnje ATP deluje tudi dobro znano prehransko dopolnilo <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/kreatin\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">kreatin<\/a>. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[6]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Jasno pa je, da <strong>genetika nekaterim ljudem omogo\u010da, da razvijejo veliko ve\u010dji obseg mi\u0161ic<\/strong>, medtem ko drugi tak\u0161ne koli\u010dine mi\u0161i\u010dne mase po naravni poti preprosto ne bodo mogli pridobiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nekateri ljudje imajo genetske predispozicije za uspeh v bodybuildingu in \u0161portih za mo\u010d, drugi pa ne. In v tem primeru se z enakim naporom pri treningu, prehrani in drugih dejavnikih preprosto ne morete meriti s tistimi, ki so genetsko nadarjeni.
