Osnova su soba rezanci koji savr\u0161eno pa\u0161u s povr\u0107em i tofuom. Kombinacija slatkog i slanog umaka, koja cijelom jelu daje osobita svojstva, dovoljna je za postizanje savr\u0161enstva. I naravno, to ne bi bilo azijsko jelo bez malo korijandera i sjemenki sezama. Pr\u017eeni tofu za sada ostavite sa strane.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Skuhajte <strong>soba rezance<\/strong> u loncu kipu\u0107e vode. U me\u0111uvremenu zagrijte tavu, dodajte \u00bd \u017elice ulja i lagano popr\u017eite nasjeckani <strong>\u0111umbir i \u010de\u0161njak<\/strong>. Nakon nekog vremena dodajte oguljenu<strong> mrkvu<\/strong> narezanu na tanke plo\u0161ke i <strong>brokulu<\/strong> narezanu na manje cvjeti\u0107e. Neka se pr\u017ee dok ne omek\u0161aju. Ako volite mek\u0161u konzistenciju, brokulu i mrkvu prije pirjanja mo\u017eete prokuhati nekoliko minuta u vodi.
