Se poate \u00eent\u00e2mpla ca \u00een locul unui unt nuci de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate cu multe beneficii, s\u0103 ave\u021bi dintr-o dat\u0103 pe mas\u0103 o crem\u0103 popular\u0103 de alune de p\u0103dure cu ciocolat\u0103, care con\u021bine numai 13% fructe cu coaja tare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Restul este reprezentat de zah\u0103r, ulei de palmier, lapte praf, cacao, sare \u0219i al\u021bi aditivi. Valorile nutri\u021bionale ale acestui amestec sunt destul de diferite de cele ale untului 100%.
