When a smooth dough is formed, you can finally mix in the <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/chocolates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">chocolate chips or pieces of<strong> chopped dark chocolate<\/strong><\/a><strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong>Spread the dough on a baking sheet (we used 20&#215;20 cm) lined with baking paper. Pour half of the caramel in&nbsp;<strong>random stripes over the entire surface of the blondies. <\/strong>Then take a spoon and run the opposite end of it over the surface of the dough from side to side in different spots so that the salted caramel is carefully mixed into the raw dough.
