To ni \u010dude\u017e, temve\u010d \u010dista mehanska mo\u010d v obliki zmogljivega me\u0161alnika. <strong>Ore\u0161\u010dki<\/strong> namre\u010d <strong>vsebujejo pribli\u017eno 50 % ma\u0161\u010dobe, ki se sprosti, ko jih zmeljemo.<\/strong>&nbsp;Dlje kot poteka me\u0161anje, ve\u010d se je sprosti in bolj teko\u010da postane krema. Tako si lahko predstavljate postopek obdelave v najosnovnej\u0161i obliki. Dana\u0161nji trg ponuja ne\u0161teto mo\u017enosti. Ne smejo pa vsebovati arom ali drugih dodatkov.&nbsp;<strong>S kombiniranjem ve\u010d vrst ore\u0161\u010dkov lahko dobite edinstvene kombinacije okusov.<\/strong>&nbsp;Poleg tega vsebujejo ve\u010d razli\u010dnih vitaminov, mineralov in drugih hranilnih snovi kot posamezne vrste. Hranilna vrednost te me\u0161anice je precej druga\u010dna kot pri 100-odstotnem maslu. Obi\u010dajno imajo&nbsp;<strong>ve\u010d sladkorjev, nasi\u010denih ma\u0161\u010dob, soli<\/strong>&nbsp;ter so brez vitaminov in mineralov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zelo pomembna je zlasti razlika v vsebnosti enostavnih sladkorjev, saj so uvr\u0161\u010deni med tvegana hranila in jih je treba v zdravi prehrani omejiti na 10 % celotnega energijskega vnosa. Z u\u017eivanjem ve\u010dje koli\u010dine sladkih namazov lahko prese\u017eete ta dnevni vnos.
