Osnova so rezanci soba, ki se odli\u010dno ujemajo z zelenjavo in tofujem. Kombinacija sladke in slane omake, ki celotni jedi daje pridih, je vse, kar je potrebno za doseganje popolnosti. Seveda pa to ne bi bila azijska jed brez koriandra in sezamovih semen. Nato ga nare\u017eite na <strong>manj\u0161e kocke<\/strong>. Pripravite skledo, v kateri boste zme\u0161ali sestavine za marinado &#8211; <strong>sojino omako, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/bio-javorjev-sirup-gymbeam.html\">javorjev sirup<\/a><\/strong> in <strong>\u010dilijevo omako<\/strong>. Vse skupaj temeljito preme\u0161ajte in tofu v me\u0161anici marinirajte vsaj 30 minut. Medtem segrejte ponev, dodajte <strong>\u00bd \u017elice olja<\/strong> ter na rahlo prepra\u017eite sesekljan <strong>ingver in \u010desen<\/strong>. \u010cez nekaj \u010dasa dodajte olupljen <strong>koren\u010dek<\/strong>, narezan na tanke rezine, in <strong>brokoli<\/strong>, narezan na manj\u0161e cvetove.
