Uzmite <strong>jaja<\/strong> i odvojite \u017eumanjke od bjelanjaka. U \u017eumanjke <strong>dodajte <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/xylit-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ksilitol<\/a>, malo vode<\/strong> (cca. 3 \u017elice) i istucite ih u gustu pjenu. U zdjeli pomije\u0161ajte sve suhe sastojke &#8211; prosijano <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-fino-integralno-brasno-od-pira-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bra\u0161no<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-kakao-u-prahu-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kakao<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-prasak-za-pecivo-wolfberry.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pra\u0161ak za pecivo<\/a><\/strong> pa ih umije\u0161ajte u smjesu \u017eumanjaka. Zatim uzmite zdjelu s bjelanjcima (mo\u017eete dodati <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/ruzicasta-himalajska-sol-fina-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>prstohvat soli<\/strong><\/a>) i tucite ih dok ne postanu mekani. Zatim pa\u017eljivo umije\u0161ajte u smjesu od \u017eumanjaka. Zatim pripremite manji pleh (mi smo koristili 20 x 20 cm), oblo\u017eiti ga papirom za pe\u010denje i izlijte tijesto. Stavite ga u pe\u0107nicu <strong>zagrijanu na 180 \u00b0C (356 \u00b0F) i pecite oko 15 minuta.<\/strong> Da li je tijesto pe\u010deno mo\u017eete provjeriti pomo\u0107u drvene \u010da\u010dkalice. Iz tijesta bi trebala iza\u0107i suha.<\/p>\n<p>Pustite da se ohladi, a u me\u0111uvremenu krenite s <strong>pripremom kreme.<\/strong> Stavite <strong>svje\u017ei sir, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/xylit-1000-g-gymbeam.html\">ksilitol<\/a><\/strong> i<strong> ekstrakt vanilije<\/strong> u zdjelu i dobro promije\u0161ajte. Nakon \u0161to se tijesto ohladilo prema\u017eite ga kremom. Ovako pripremljenu podlogu stavite u hladnjak da se krema malo stvrdne te krenite s pripremom preljeva. Sve \u0161to trebate u\u010diniti je otopiti <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/cokolade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u010dokoladu<\/a> i vrhnje<\/strong> u mikrovalnoj ili vodenoj kupelji i dobro promije\u0161ati. Zatim ravnomjerno premazati glazurom kola\u010d preliven kremom i to je to. Prije nego \u0161to re\u017eete slasticu potrebno je ostaviti da se ohladi u hladnjaku barem nekoliko sati, kako bi se preljev stvrdnuo. Stoga, ulo\u017eite svu snagu volje i poku\u0161ajte se oduprijeti porivu da isprobate ranije.
