Ecco perch\u00e9 questa volta abbiamo scelto di preparare i pancake alle mele, che, grazie alla cannella, sprigionano un profumo delizioso per tutta la cucina. Oltre alle mele succose, la base contiene i fiocchi di avena, che apportano le fibre e contribuiscono a dare una consistenza perfetta. E, naturalmente, le proteine in polvere sono un must per aumentare aumentare la quota proteico del piatto.
