If not, let&#8217;s get to it. Take a baking tray and line it with baking paper. Wash a Hokkaido pumpkin and cut it in half. It&#8217;s not necessary&nbsp;to peel or trim the skin. Scoop out the seeds from both halves, then place the pumpkin on the baking sheet and <strong>bake in the oven preheated to 180 \u00b0C for about 30-45 minutes (depending on the size of the pumpkin). <\/strong>If you want to shorten the baking time, you can cut it into smaller pieces. You can tell that the pumpkin is properly baked through when it&#8217;s completely soft when poked with a fork. Once it is done, let it cool and continue with the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Put the roasted pumpkin<\/strong> in a large bowl and mash it. You can also use an immersion blender.
