Vse to dajte v skledo skupaj s puranjim mesom in vse skupaj preme\u0161ajte. Nato dodajte kumino, majaron, sol, poper, jajca in drobtine ter ponovno temeljito preme\u0161ajte. Celotna zmes mora biti kompaktna. \u010ce je preve\u010d teko\u010da in je ni mogo\u010de oblikovati, dodajte \u0161e nekaj drobtin.
