With these, you just need to let them sit for about an hour for optimal consistency. Once the seeds are ready, you can start preparing the pie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In a larger bowl, put the prepared gel made from <strong>30 g seeds and water.<\/strong> Add the other ingredients for the dough, i.e. <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/smooth-rice-flour-green-apotheke.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>rice flour<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>cornstarch,<\/strong> <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/instant-oats-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>instant oats<\/strong><\/a>, <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-maple-syrup-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>maple syrup<\/strong><\/a>, <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-coconut-milk-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>coconut milk<\/strong><\/a> <strong>and<\/strong> <strong>a pinch of<\/strong> <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>salt<\/strong><\/a>. Mix everything together to form a compact dough. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In the meantime, start preparing the apple filling. Take the <strong>apples<\/strong> that you have peeled and cut into smaller pieces. Put them in a saucepan with the <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-maple-syrup-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>maple syrup<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>cinnamon and<\/strong> <strong>cornstarch<\/strong> <strong>and cook<\/strong> until caramelised. You can tell by the golden colour on the surface that they are ready. Next, take a cake tin (ours was 26 cm in diameter) and spray it with <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/coconut-oil-spray-201-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>oil spray<\/strong><\/a>. You can also line the tin with baking paper. Then take the dough out of the fridge and press it evenly into the tin. Ideally cover the entire bottom and the inside of the mould all the way around. When you&#8217;re done, you can add the <strong>caramelised apple filling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Then just mix all the ingredients for the crumble, i.e. <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/instant-oats-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>chocolate-flavoured instant oats<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> <strong>chopped<\/strong> <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pecan-nuts-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>pecans<\/strong><\/a><strong>, date paste and<\/strong> <strong>water.<\/strong> Sprinkle this mixture over the surface of the cake and put it in a preheated oven at <strong>180 \u00b0C.<\/strong> Bake until golden brown, approximately<strong> 50 minutes.<\/strong> After baking, let it cool and then serve.
