To nije samo jo\u0161 jedna vodenasta juha nakon koje \u0107ete ostati gladni, nego obilno glavno jelo. Zbog govedine i jaja koja se dodaju ovoj juhi, <strong>ne morate brinuti o mogu\u0107em nedostatku proteina<\/strong>, a onima koji \u017eele ograni\u010diti unos ugljikohidrata tako\u0111er \u0107e se svidjeti ovo jelo. Umjesto klasi\u010dnih rezanaca, koristili smo ZERO verziju rezanaca i na taj na\u010din smanjili udio ovog makronutrijenta na samo 15 g po jednoj porciji. U jedan lonac ulijte vodu i skuhajte tvrdo kuhana <strong>jaja<\/strong>. Vrijeme kuhanja ovisi o veli\u010dini jaja, no sigurno \u0107e biti kuhana unutar 10 minuta. Ako vi\u0161e volite teku\u0107i \u017eumanjak, dovoljno je kuhati ih 5 \u2013 7 minuta.
