Zato smo tokrat izbrali jabol\u010dne pala\u010dinke, po katerih zaradi cimeta \u010dudovito di\u0161i celotna kuhinja. Osnova poleg so\u010dnih jabolk vsebuje tudi ovsene kosmi\u010de, ki bodo pove\u010dali dele\u017e vlaknin in pomagali ustvariti popolno konsistenco. Seveda pa so nujne tudi dodatne beljakovine v obliki prahu, saj bodo pomagale pove\u010dati dele\u017e beljakovin.
