Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste u\u017e v\u0161ak n\u011bkdy p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161leli, <strong>co stoj\u00ed za t\u00edm, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee na kofein reagovat odli\u0161n\u011b<\/strong>. Ano, tu\u0161\u00edte spr\u00e1vn\u011b, mohou za to na\u0161e geny. Stejn\u011b tak se d\u00edky nim dozv\u00edte, jestli z jeho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt opravdu prosp\u011bch, nebo v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee naopak sp\u00ed\u0161e u\u0161kodit. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[4]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kde_a_jak_se_v_tele_odbourava_kofein\"><\/span><strong>Kde a jak se v t\u011ble odbour\u00e1v\u00e1 kofein?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>J\u00e1tra jsou \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edm org\u00e1nem metabolismu<\/strong> a pod\u00edlej\u00ed se na odbour\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed kofeinu i jin\u00fdch, t\u011blu ciz\u00edch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 obecn\u011b naz\u00fdv\u00e1me xenobiotika. Bu\u0148ky jater pak obsahuj\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed skupinu enzym\u016f zvanou <strong>cytochrom P450 (CYP450)<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 tyto l\u00e1tky upravuj\u00ed do takov\u00e9 podoby, aby se daly z t\u011bla sn\u00e1ze a rychleji vylou\u010dit. Jedn\u00e1 se o \u010das (vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00fd nej\u010dast\u011bji v hodin\u00e1ch), za kter\u00fd <strong>t\u011blo sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed koncentraci dan\u00e9 l\u00e1tky v krvi o 50 %<\/strong>. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd biologick\u00fd polo\u010das kofeinu se ud\u00e1v\u00e1 4\u20136 hodin, ov\u0161em kv\u016fli t\u011bmto genetick\u00fdm odli\u0161nostem je jeho <strong>rozp\u011bt\u00ed a\u017e 1,5\u201310 hodin<\/strong>. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[8]&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To je p\u0159\u00edmo spjato s t\u00edm, jak reagujete na pod\u00e1n\u00ed kofeinu<\/strong> \u2013\u2060 n\u011bkomu ned\u011bl\u00e1 probl\u00e9m d\u00e1t si v podve\u010der nakop\u00e1va\u010d p\u0159ed tr\u00e9ninkem a po n\u00e1vratu z posilky j\u00edt v pohod\u011b sp\u00e1t, proto\u017ee ho rychle odbour\u00e1. Zat\u00edmco pro n\u011bkoho odpoledn\u00ed k\u00e1va u\u017e m\u016f\u017ee znamenat v\u00fdrazn\u00fd probl\u00e9m s ve\u010dern\u00edm us\u00edn\u00e1n\u00edm. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se kofein z t\u011bla vylu\u010duje podstatn\u011b d\u00e9le a st\u00e1le \u00fa\u010dinkuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se o k\u00e1v\u011b chcete dozv\u011bd\u011bt v\u00edce informac\u00ed, nem\u011bl by v\u00e1m uj\u00edt n\u00e1\u0161 \u010dl\u00e1nek <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/je-kava-zdrava-7-duvodu-proc-byste-ji-meli-dat-sanci\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Je k\u00e1va zdrav\u00e1? 7 d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d byste j\u00ed m\u011bli d\u00e1t \u0161anci. Z\u00fa\u010dastnilo se j\u00ed <strong>108 sportovc\u016f, jejich\u017e \u00fakolem bylo na kole urazit co nejrychleji 10kilometrovou tra\u0165. <\/strong>Tuto tra\u0165 postupn\u011b absolvovali bu\u010f s po\u017eit\u00edm <strong>placeba (0 mg\/kg), d\u00e1vkou 2 mg\/kg, nebo d\u00e1vkou 4 mg\/kg t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti kofeinu.<\/strong> V\u00fdzkumn\u00edky zaj\u00edmalo, jak se na v\u00fdsledn\u00e9m \u010dase projev\u00ed interakce mezi genetikou a podanou d\u00e1vkou kofeinu. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Rychl\u00ed metaboliz\u00e1to\u0159i (AA) zlep\u0161ili sv\u016fj \u010das<\/strong> v\u00fdkonu p\u0159i d\u00e1vce 2 mg\/kg oproti placebu o 4,8 %, a p\u0159i d\u00e1vce 4 mg\/kg dokonce o 6,8 %!&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>U pomal\u00fdch metaboliz\u00e1tor\u016f (AC)<\/strong> byl v\u00fdsledn\u00fd \u010das v\u00fdkonu stejn\u00fd p\u0159i pod\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ech 3 d\u00e1vek.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>U druh\u00e9 skupiny pomal\u00fdch metaboliz\u00e1tor\u016f (CC)<\/strong> s nejm\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159\u00edznivou genetikou v\u0161ak pod\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00e1vky 4 mg\/kg kofeinu <strong>zhor\u0161ilo \u010das<\/strong> o 13,7 % ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s placebem.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Studie tak jasn\u011b uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee <strong>kofein m\u00e1 pozitivn\u00ed vliv na v\u00fdkonnost<\/strong> p\u0159i aerobn\u00edm zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pouze u <strong>rychl\u00fdch metaboliz\u00e1tor\u016f (AA)<\/strong>, naopak vylo\u017een\u011b <strong>negativn\u00ed vliv u pomal\u00fdch metaboliz\u00e1tor\u016f (CC)<\/strong>. Proto je pot\u0159eba zn\u00e1t svoji genetiku, aby hr\u00e1la ve v\u00e1\u0161 prosp\u011bch, a ne proti v\u00e1m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se chcete o problematice u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed kofeinu p\u0159ed tr\u00e9ninkem dozv\u011bd\u011bt v\u00edce, p\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si n\u00e1\u0161 \u010dl\u00e1nek <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/kofein-pred-treninkem-funkce-vyhody-rizika-a-davkovani\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Kofein p\u0159ed tr\u00e9ninkem: Funkce, v\u00fdhody, rizika a d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se v\u0161ak p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee <strong>minim\u00e1ln\u00ed efektivn\u00ed d\u00e1vka<\/strong> kofeinu pro \u00fa\u010dinky na v\u00fdkonnost se nach\u00e1z\u00ed na \u00farovni <strong>2\u20133 mg\/kg TH<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto bych doporu\u010dil <strong>p\u0159ed tr\u00e9ninkem za\u010d\u00edt pr\u00e1v\u011b na t\u00e9to d\u00e1vce a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby postupn\u011b zvy\u0161ovat.<\/strong> A co <strong>pomal\u00ed metaboliz\u00e1to\u0159i?<\/strong> Ti se mohou bez kofeinu klidn\u011b obej\u00edt. T\u0159eba kv\u016fli n\u011bkolika studi\u00edm, kter\u00e9 prok\u00e1zaly ur\u010ditou souvislost mezi pomalej\u0161\u00ed metabolizac\u00ed kofeinu a vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikem kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch chorob.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U takov\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka je proto samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vhodn\u00e9, aby p\u0159ij\u00edmal jen takov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed kofeinu, kdy pozitiva z jeho p\u0159\u00edjmu (nap\u0159. sou\u010dasn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem antioxidant\u016f v kvalitn\u00ed k\u00e1v\u011b) je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159evy\u0161uj\u00ed nad mo\u017en\u00fdmi riziky.
