Te\u010f u\u017e je b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 m\u00edt doma alespo\u0148 jeden druh lahodn\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s l\u00e1k\u00e1, abychom popadli l\u017ei\u010dku a \u0161li si nabrat alespo\u0148 jednou, dvakr\u00e1t nebo klidn\u011b i t\u0159ikr\u00e1t. N\u011bkdy se ani nenad\u011bjeme a u\u017e \u0161kr\u00e1beme o dno, p\u0159itom sami nev\u00edme, jak jsme se tam tak rychle dostali. A co vlastn\u011b stoj\u00ed za t\u00edm, \u017ee jsou tak h\u0159\u00ed\u0161n\u011b dobr\u00e9? To a mnohem v\u00edc si rozebereme v dne\u0161n\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_to_orechove_maslo_a_jak_se_vyrabi\"><\/span>Co je to o\u0159echov\u00e9 m\u00e1slo a jak se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed?&nbsp;<strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I kdy\u017e se mu b\u011b\u017en\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 m\u00e1slo, je to v podstat\u011b kr\u00e9m, kter\u00fd se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed z o\u0159\u00ed\u0161k\u016f. Na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b m\u00e1me k\u0159upav\u00e9 plody a na druh\u00e9 hladk\u00fd, t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 tekut\u00fd kr\u00e9m. Surovina stejn\u00e1, ale konzistence u\u017e nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt odli\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Nen\u00ed to \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd z\u00e1zrak, ale \u010dist\u011b mechanick\u00e1 s\u00edla v podob\u011b v\u00fdkonn\u00e9ho mix\u00e9ru.<strong> O\u0159echy toti\u017e obsahuj\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 50 % tuku, kter\u00fd se z nich p\u0159i mlet\u00ed uvol\u0148uje. <\/strong>\u010c\u00edm d\u00e9le mixov\u00e1n\u00ed prob\u00edh\u00e1, t\u00edm v\u00edce se ho uvoln\u00ed a kr\u00e9m bude tekut\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Takto si proces zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159edstavit v t\u00e9 nejz\u00e1kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podob\u011b. V tomto ohledu se milovn\u00edci o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kov\u00fdch m\u00e1sel rozd\u011bluj\u00ed na dva nesmi\u0159iteln\u00e9 t\u00e1bory.
