Ke\u010f sa v\u0161ak na vy\u0161portovan\u00fa postavu pozrieme detailnej\u0161ie, m\u00e1me pocit, \u017ee ide o dvoch rozdielnych \u013eud\u00ed. Ten na\u013eavo nevyzer\u00e1 ve\u013emi fit a jeho postava nie je na prv\u00fd poh\u013ead spevnen\u00e1. Tam sa krit\u00e9ri\u00e1 l\u00ed\u0161ia naprie\u010d vedeck\u00fdmi pr\u00e1cami. V niektor\u00fdch sa pova\u017eovali za rizikov\u00e9 hodnoty tie <strong>vy\u0161\u0161ie ako 20 % tuku v tele u mu\u017eov a 30 % u \u017eien<\/strong>, in\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce pou\u017e\u00edvali aj rozmedzie presahuj\u00face 25 % pre mu\u017eov a 35 % v pr\u00edpade \u017eien. Na stanoven\u00ed ofici\u00e1lnych noriem pre \u0161t\u00edhlu obezitu si tak zatia\u013e mus\u00edme po\u010dka\u0165.
