Ne gre za navadno vodeno juho, po kateri postane\u0161 takoj spet la\u010den. Je obilna glavna jed. Ker vsebuje govedino in jajca,&nbsp;<strong>vam ni treba skrbeti za zadosten vnos beljakovin.&nbsp;<\/strong>In tisti, ki posku\u0161ate omejiti vnos ogljikovih hidratov, boste za to zagotovo hvale\u017eni. Namesto klasi\u010dnih rezancev smo uporabili njihovo alternativo ZERO, ki ima zmanj\u0161an dele\u017e tega makrohranila na 15 g v eni porciji. V enega nalijte vodo, dajte <strong>jajca <\/strong>v lupini in jih skuhajte do trdega.&nbsp;\u010cas kuhanja bo odvisen od velikosti jajc, zagotovo pa bodo pripravljena v 10 minutah. \u010ce imate raje jajca s teko\u010dim rumenjakom, bo dovolj 5-7 minut. Medtem nare\u017eite <strong>govedino na rezine<\/strong> in jo v drugem loncu z vodo skuhajte do mehkega. Tanj\u0161e kot so rezine, kraj\u0161i je \u010das kuhanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V drugem ve\u010djem loncu segrejte <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/bio-ekstra-devisko-oljcno-olje-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>olje<\/strong><\/a> in dodajte <strong>sesekljan \u010desen,<\/strong> <strong>na rezine narezano<\/strong> <strong>mlado \u010debulo in nastrgan ingver. <\/strong>Skupaj pra\u017eite 2\u2013\u20603 minute. Vse skupaj zalijte <strong>govejo juho, dodajte ribjo in sojino omako<\/strong> ter pustite, da zavre.
