Cut the tomatoes into wedges and set them aside with the salad. Then separate <strong>three egg whites,<\/strong> or if you don&#8217;t know what to do with the leftover yolks, you can use <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/liquid-egg-whites-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>liquid egg whites<\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong>Take a smaller non-stick pan (ideally one that can fit only one egg, or you can use a pancake pan), spray it with <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/olive-oil-cooking-spray-201-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>oil<\/strong><\/a> and heat it up. Put all the egg whites on it and wait until they are completely done. They are done when they are solid and don&#8217;t shake like jelly when you move the pan. Put the finished <strong>egg white omelette on the plate where you prepared the salad. <\/strong>Add <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>salt<\/strong><\/a><strong> to taste.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, take a <strong>peach<\/strong> and cut it into smaller wedges. Heat up a larger pan, spray it again with some oil, let the peach caramelise and put it on the salad with tomatoes.
