Thanks to the fact that it contains beef and eggs,&nbsp;<strong>you don&#8217;t have to worry about getting enough protein.&nbsp;<\/strong>And those of you who are trying to limit carbohydrates will definitely appreciate it as well. Instead of classic noodles, we used their ZERO calories alternative, which reduced the proportion of this macronutrient to 15 g per serving. Pour water into one and hard-boil the <strong>eggs.<\/strong> The cooking time will depend on the size of the egg, but they will definitely be ready within 10 minutes. If you prefer runny eggs, 5-7 minutes will do. In the meantime, cut the <strong>beef into slices<\/strong> and put them to boil in another pot of water until soft. The thinner the slices, the shorter the cooking time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>oil<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;in another larger pot&nbsp;and add&nbsp;<strong>chopped garlic,<\/strong>&nbsp;one piece of&nbsp;<strong>spring onion cut into slices and grated ginger. <\/strong>Saut\u00e9 together for 2\u2013\u20603 minutes. Then pour in the <strong>beef broth, add fish and soy sauce<\/strong>&nbsp;and bring to a boil.&nbsp;As soon as the soup starts to boil, give it a taste. If it seems too salty, add 200 ml of water. Put the rinsed&nbsp;<a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-zero-noodles-385g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>BIO Zero Noodles<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>in another pot and cook for 2-\u20603 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Then you can start serving.
