Obsahuje<strong> syrov\u00e1tkov\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed zhruba 20 % obsahu ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch b\u00edlkovin. Zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch 80 % b\u00edlkovin v ml\u00e9ce jsou kaseinov\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny. P\u0159id\u00e1n\u00edm enzym\u016f do ml\u00e9ka se kasein sraz\u00ed do pevn\u00e9 formy, z\u016fstane syrov\u00e1tka a z n\u00ed je dal\u0161\u00edmi \u0161etrn\u00fdmi technologick\u00fdmi procesy vyroben <strong>syrov\u00e1tkov\u00fd protein<\/strong> (anglicky <em>whey protein<\/em>). <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[16]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Typy syrov\u00e1tkov\u00e9ho proteinu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Existuj\u00ed t\u0159i typy syrov\u00e1tkov\u00e9ho proteinu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich se odli\u0161uje chut\u00ed, vst\u0159ebatelnost\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 obsahem b\u00edlkovin, lakt\u00f3zy nebo tuku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/proteinove-koncentraty\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Syrov\u00e1tkov\u00fd koncentr\u00e1t<\/strong><\/a> <strong>(Whey Protein Concentrate &#8211; WPC):<\/strong> Tento typ syrov\u00e1tkov\u00e9ho proteinu je nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nejprod\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Obsahuje nej\u010dast\u011bji <strong>70 \u2013 80 % b\u00edlkovin<\/strong>, cca 3 % tuku a 4 &#8211; 6 % lakt\u00f3zy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/proteinove-izolaty\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Syrov\u00e1tkov\u00fd izol\u00e1t<\/strong><\/a><strong> (Whey Protein Isolate &#8211; WPI):<\/strong> Izol\u00e1t se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed z v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho koncentr\u00e1tu, kter\u00fd proch\u00e1z\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed filtrac\u00ed. V\u00fdsledkem je tak <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl b\u00edlkovin (80 % a v\u00edce)<\/strong> a <strong>men\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl tuku <\/strong>a <strong>lakt\u00f3zy<\/strong>. Tento typ syrov\u00e1tkov\u00e9ho proteinu ocen\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad ti, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee s tr\u00e1ven\u00edm lakt\u00f3zy nebo sportovci, kte\u0159\u00ed hledaj\u00ed co nej\u010dist\u0161\u00ed zdroj b\u00edlkovin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/hydrolyzovane-proteiny\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Syrov\u00e1tkov\u00fd hydrolyz\u00e1t<\/strong><\/a><strong> (Whey Protein Hydrolysate &#8211; WPH): <\/strong>Hydrolyz\u00e1t vznik\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00fdmi procesy, kter\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bp\u00ed dlouh\u00e9 b\u00edlkovinov\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce na men\u0161\u00ed \u00faseky (peptidy).
