sifted <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-fine-wholemeal-spelt-flour-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>flour<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cocoa-powder-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>cocoa<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<\/strong><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-baking-powder-wolfberry.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>baking powder<\/strong><\/a>, and mix them into the yolk mixture.&nbsp;Then take the bowl with the egg whites (you can add <strong>a pinch&nbsp;<\/strong><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>of salt<\/strong><\/a>) and beat them until soft peaks. Then carefully mix it into the yolk mixture. Next, prepare a smaller tray (we used 20 x 20 cm), line it with baking paper and pour the batter. Put it in an oven <strong>pre<\/strong><strong>heated to 180 \u00b0C (356 \u00b0F) and bake for about 15 minutes. <\/strong>You can check if the dough is baked by using a wooden toothpick. It should come out of the dough dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Let it cool and in the meantime start <strong>preparing the cream.&nbsp;<\/strong>Put&nbsp;<strong>soft curd cheese, <\/strong><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/xylitol-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>xylitol<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> and<strong> vanilla extract<\/strong> into a bowl and mix well.&nbsp;Once the dough has cooled, spread the cream on top. Put the base prepared in this way in the refrigerator so that the cream hardens slightly, and start preparing the topping. All you have to do is melt the&nbsp;<a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/chocolates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>chocolate<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;and cream<\/strong> in a microwave or water bath and mix thoroughly. Then spread the glaze evenly on the cake covered by cream and that&#8217;s it. Before you cut the dessert, it needs to be left to cool in the fridge for at least a few hours so that the topping hardens. Therefore, put all your willpower into it and try to resist the urge to try it earlier. It takes a lot of self-control, but the result is worth it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our tip:<\/strong> If you want the dessert to be even more colourful, you can add crushed freeze-dried fruit to the curd cheese.
