Je to samozrejme pravda, ale u\u017e menej \u013eud\u00ed vie, \u017ee t\u00e1to predstava srv\u00e1tkov\u00fd prote\u00edn v\u00fdrazne podce\u0148uje. Nielen\u017ee toti\u017e m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 u\u017eito\u010dn\u00fd aj pre necvi\u010diacich smrte\u013en\u00edkov, ale dokonca m\u00e1 aj ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo zdravotn\u00fdch benefitov. Obsahuje <strong>srv\u00e1tkov\u00e9 bielkoviny<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 tvoria zhruba 20 % obsahu mlie\u010dnych bielkov\u00edn. Zvy\u0161n\u00fdch 80 % bielkov\u00edn v mlieku s\u00fa kaze\u00ednov\u00e9 bielkoviny. Pridan\u00edm enz\u00fdmov do mlieka sa kaze\u00edn zraz\u00ed do pevnej formy, zostane srv\u00e1tka a z nej je \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi \u0161etrn\u00fdmi technologick\u00fdmi procesmi vyroben\u00fd<strong> srv\u00e1tkov\u00fd prote\u00edn <\/strong>(anglicky <em>whey protein<\/em>). <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[16]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Typy srv\u00e1tkov\u00e9ho prote\u00ednu<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Existuj\u00fa tri typy srv\u00e1tkov\u00e9ho prote\u00ednu, pri\u010dom ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich sa odli\u0161uje chu\u0165ou, vstrebate\u013enos\u0165ou, ale aj obsahom bielkov\u00edn, lakt\u00f3zy alebo tuku.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/proteinove-koncentraty\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Srv\u00e1tkov\u00fd koncentr\u00e1t<\/strong><\/a><strong> (Whey Protein Concentrate &#8211; WPC<\/strong>)<strong>: <\/strong>Tento typ srv\u00e1tkov\u00e9ho prote\u00ednu je najzn\u00e1mej\u0161\u00ed a najpred\u00e1vanej\u0161\u00ed. Tento typ srv\u00e1tkov\u00e9ho prote\u00ednu ocenia napr\u00edklad t\u00ed, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa \u0165a\u017ekosti s tr\u00e1ven\u00edm lakt\u00f3zy alebo \u0161portovci, ktor\u00ed h\u013eadaj\u00fa \u010do naj\u010distej\u0161\u00ed zdroj bielkov\u00edn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/hydrolyzovane-proteiny\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Srv\u00e1tkov\u00fd hydrolyz\u00e1t<\/strong><\/a><strong> (Whey Protein Hydrolysate &#8211; WPH): <\/strong>Hydrolyz\u00e1t vznik\u00e1 r\u00f4znymi procesmi, ktor\u00e9 \u0161tiepia dlh\u00e9 bielkovinov\u00e9 re\u0165azce na men\u0161ie \u00faseky (peptidy).
