Le-ti od njega pri\u010dakujejo predvsem&nbsp;<strong>rast mo\u010di, mi\u0161i\u010dne mase, izbolj\u0161anje \u0161portne zmogljivosti<\/strong>&nbsp;in celo<strong>&nbsp;pove\u010danje ravni testosterona.<\/strong>&nbsp;Na drugi strani pa enako \u0161tevilo skeptikov trdi, da ekdisteron ni tako u\u010dinkovit. Kaj o tem pravi sodobna znanost?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kaj_je_ekdisteron\"><\/span>Kaj je ekdisteron?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/ekdisteron-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Ekdisteron<\/a>&nbsp;je rastlinski steroid, ki se najpogosteje pridobiva iz rastline, imenovane rapontika (<em>Rhaponticum carthamoides<\/em>). Doma je na obmo\u010dju Sibirije, kjer so doma\u010dini prvi opazili njene blagodejne u\u010dinke na telesno in du\u0161evno zdravje. Ekdisteron se v majhnih koli\u010dinah nahaja tudi v obi\u010dajnih \u017eivilih, kot sta \u0161pina\u010da in kvinoja.&nbsp;<strong>Uvr\u0161\u010da se med ekdisteroidne hormone, ki spodbujajo rast rastlin ali \u017eu\u017eelk, zaradi \u010desar veljajo za anaboli\u010dne snovi.<\/strong> Po strukturi spominjajo na androgene in so zato med \u0161portniki priljubljen naravni nadomestek steroidov. Za razliko od anaboli\u010dnih steroidov nam pri redni uporabi ni treba skrbeti zaradi neprijetnih stranskih u\u010dinkov. [1\u20132]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V naravi obstaja ve\u010d vrst ekdisteroidov. Med najbolj raziskanimi je ekdisteron, ki mu sledi turkesteron. Namesto tega verjetno&nbsp;<strong>tvori kompleks z beta-estrogenom.<\/strong>&nbsp;Ta mehanizem je najpogosteje povezan z njegovim vplivom na&nbsp;<strong>rast mi\u0161ic, mo\u010di in \u0161portno zmogljivost.<\/strong> [11]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kateri so najpogostej\u0161i u\u010dinki ekdisterona?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>pospe\u0161eno pridobivanje mi\u0161i\u010dne mase<\/li><li>pove\u010danje fizi\u010dne mo\u010di<\/li><li>izbolj\u0161anje regeneracije mi\u0161ic<\/li><li>pove\u010danje sinteze ali tvorbe mi\u0161i\u010dnih beljakovin<\/li><li>hitrej\u0161e huj\u0161anje[3]<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Seznam u\u010dinkov ekdisterona je videti zelo obetaven. In to predvsem z vidika \u0161portnikov, ki se udele\u017eujejo tekmovanj. Njim lahko vsak dodaten gram mi\u0161ic ali nekaj odstotkov bolj\u0161a regeneracija prinese velik napredek v \u0161portni disciplini, ki jo gojijo. Ta hormon vpliva tudi na velikost in splo\u0161no mo\u010d mi\u0161ic in kosti. Poleg tega sodeluje pri pravilnem delovanju mo\u0161kih spolnih hormonov in spolnem zdravju. Optimalna raven testosterona je torej <strong>klju\u010dnega pomena za \u0161portno zmogljivost, ohranjanje vitalnosti in zdravo telo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160tevilni \u0161portniki, najve\u010dkrat iz vrst bodybuilderjev in fitnes tekmovalcev, si prizadevajo pove\u010dati raven testosterona na najvi\u0161jo raven. Le-ta jim obljublja hitrej\u0161o rast mi\u0161ic in bolj\u0161o zmogljivost.&nbsp;<strong>Ekdisteron je po svoji kemi\u010dni strukturi podoben testosteronu,<\/strong>&nbsp;zato se pogosto razpravlja o mo\u017enostih uporabe te snovi v tej smeri. Poleg tega ne povzro\u010da \u0161kodljivih stranskih u\u010dinkov, kot se to dogaja pri uporabi sinteti\u010dnega testosterona, ki je ena najpogostej\u0161ih dopin\u0161kih snovi.&nbsp;[4-6]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na \u017ealost raziskave, ki so testirale ekdisteron v tej smeri, niso dale nobenih osupljivih rezultatov. Znanstvene \u0161tudije so odkrile, da se ne more vezati na testosteronski receptor in tako vplivati na njegovo raven ali delovanje. Dobra novica pa je, pravijo strokovnjaki, da lahko&nbsp;<strong>ekdisteron na nek na\u010din posnema u\u010dinke testosterona v telesu.<\/strong>&nbsp;Le natan\u010dnega mehanizma \u0161e niso mogli opisati. Ta sposobnost ekdisterona je zato trenutno v fazi raziskovanja.&nbsp;&nbsp;[4-6]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To pomeni, da \u010de \u017eelite pove\u010dati ali ohraniti zdravo raven testosterona v telesu, je bolje, da se obrnete na bolj preverjena dopolnila.&nbsp;[7-10]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Katere snovi podpirajo zdravo raven testosterona?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/cink-100-tab-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Cink<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;je med drugim potreben za proizvodnjo testosterona, pa tudi za vzdr\u017eevanje normalne ravni le-tega v krvi.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/daa-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>DAA<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;ali D-asparaginska kislina je aminokislina, ki igra klju\u010dno vlogo v samem procesu proizvodnje testosterona v telesu.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/grsko-seno-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Gr\u0161ko seno<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;vsebuje steroidne saponine, ki jih prou\u010dujejo zaradi njihovega obetavnega potenciala za zvi\u0161anje ravni testosterona. V eni \u0161tudiji so opazili 12-odstotno pove\u010danje ravni celotnega testosterona v primerjavi z izhodi\u0161\u010dnimi vrednostmi. Toda v primeru te rastline je potrebnih ve\u010d raziskav za potrditev njenih u\u010dinkov.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/tribulus-terrestris-120tab-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Tribulus terrestris<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;je izvle\u010dek navadne zoba\u010dice, ki vsebuje tudi aktivne saponine, predvsem protodioscin. Zaradi tega je zelo priljubljen in se uporablja za pove\u010danje ravni testosterona, libida in podporo reproduktivnih funkcij.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/ashwagandha-90-kaps-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Ashwagandha<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;je zeli\u0161\u010de, za katero so \u0161tevilne \u0161tudije pokazale, da pozitivno vpliva na zvi\u0161anje ravni testosterona. Imeti \u0161e ve\u010dje mi\u0161ice brez dodatnega napora so bile vedno sanje mnogih bodybuilderjev, danes pa tudi rednih obiskovalcev fitnesa. Zato v svoje prehranske na\u010drte vse pogosteje dodajajo ekdisteroide, zlasti ekdisteron in turkesteron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Menijo, da lahko ta snov<strong>&nbsp;pove\u010da sintezo mi\u0161i\u010dnih beljakovin<\/strong>&nbsp;(MPS &#8211; Muscle Protein Synthesis). Znanstveniki so pri tem zaznali <strong>pospe\u0161itev procesa nastajanja mi\u0161i\u010dne mase za&nbsp;20 %.<\/strong>&nbsp;[12]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Se v ozadju mitske supermo\u010di \u0161pina\u010de skriva tudi ekdisteron?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Med raziskovanjem anaboli\u010dnih u\u010dinkov ekdisterona so ugotovili, da ima morda nekaj opraviti z nezemeljsko mo\u010djo na\u0161ega otro\u0161kega junaka <strong>Pomor\u0161\u010daka Popaja.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u0160pina\u010da, s katero se je Popaj krep\u010dal, vsebuje poleg \u017eeleza tudi ekdisteron. In prav to povezavo so znanstveniki v Nem\u010diji preu\u010devali v \u0161tudiji.&nbsp;[13]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Udele\u017eenci so bili razdeljeni v \u0161tiri skupine, pri \u010demer niso vedeli, kateri skupini pripadajo. <\/li><li>Vsaka skupina je jemala razli\u010dne koli\u010dine ekdisterona v obliki izvle\u010dka \u0161pina\u010de, ekdisterona v kombinaciji z levcinom ali placeba.<\/li><li>Od tega so imele tri skupine treninge mo\u010di, ena pa je bila brez treninga. <\/li><li>Po desetih tednih so udele\u017eenci, ki so jemali najve\u010dji odmerek samega ekdisterona, dosegli najbolj\u0161e rezultate. Njihova mi\u0161i\u010dna masa se je v povpre\u010dju pove\u010dala za ve\u010d kot dva kilograma, skupini, ki je prejemala placebo, pa se je mi\u0161i\u010dna masa presenetljivo zmanj\u0161ala v povpre\u010dju za 0,35 kilograma. <\/li><li>Ista skupina se je uvrstila na prvo mesto v povpre\u010dnem napredku v skoku v vi\u0161ino in v maksimalnem \u0161tevila po\u010depov (za 19,4 %). <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Po mnenju avtorjev \u0161tudije so ti rezultati <strong>dokaz u\u010dinka ekdisterona na izbolj\u0161anje \u0161portne zmogljivosti in sestave telesa.<\/strong>&nbsp;Preden pa ste\u010dete v trgovino po veliko pakiranje \u0161pina\u010de, velja omeniti, da so znanstveniki v \u0161tudiji uporabili koncentriran izvle\u010dek le-te.
